Poor management but excellent waffles. Had block of rooms reserved for a wedding but overbooked for the weekend n would not allow us to check in early even though when I made reservations the manager said we could since it was for a wedding …

Reserved a room online. Upon arrival, I was denied a room because I was from Lincoln. I wasted my time and fuel. What kind of public business refuses service based on where you’re from. Is this not discrimination? I am disappointed to say the least. There should at least be a warning on the website.

Rooms are smaller than other comfort suites, older motel, swimming pool out of service, wasn't good hospitality upon arrival. No coffee except in the morning. Higher priced considering older hotel, lack of hospitality, and size of rooms, beds are harder and not comfortable in comparison of other comfort inn suites. Choose a different hotel

There were holes in the sheets, several of the lights and the hair dryer were not working, the ice maker on our floor was out of order, the pool was unavailable and the outside sign showing the turn in was dark. Upon checking out on a Saturday morning the breakfast was removed while we were in line at 9:31 with no apologies. All these other reviewers must be bots.

The man with glasses who works there in the evening was really creepy. Starred at me constantly and made me feel very unsafe. The continental breakfast violates a lot of food safety rules. Juice dispenser was tasted like mildew. The lamps in our room didn’t work. The staff is constantly in your business and overall pretty rude except the woman who works in the morning. The lady who works in the afternoon, the one who wears a whole palette of blush and highlighter on her face was incredibly rude. Don’t stay here. Not worth the price. We asked the front desk for trash bags once and they gave us laundry bags with holes in them. Not very helpful unfortunately! Also there were holes in my comforter and hairs in the wash rags.

This hotel was conveniently located for our purpose and was clean and comfortable. The front desk person Barbara was so friendly and was extremely efficient. We were traveling with a group on motorcycles and often getting checked in takes a long time. She made the process quick and pleasant.

Clean and comfortable rooms. The continental breakfast had great choices. However, the toilet paper and Kleenex resembled tissue paper, not soft or absorbent. Would stay here again, though.

Needed a place to stay and was in a hurry making reservations… mistake! Need higher quality for the price I paid. I can hear the people in the room next door yawning! Thankfully they are quiet! Bed is old and concave, and the TV doesn’t have any channels. For this quality it isn’t priced accordingly. I come to Lincoln a lot and hopefully this review will help me remember not to stay here again, lol.

My husband and I recently stayed here for our first time. It was a 3 night stay. We loved how new and clean everything in the lobby and in our room looked. My husband even swears our mattress was brand new! We will be staying here again. Just as a heads up though, our only 2 minor complaints are you can hear your upstairs “neighbors” walking around and the toilet paper is super thin. Everything else was great!

Long term stay is available here and comfortable, house keeping doesn't wake you up either. They are pet friendly and serve breakfast (eggs/bagels/sausage/yogurt/danishes/waffle bar/ juice coffee and milk) and keep it we'll stocked. This is the best hotel I have been at in quite a while. They also have a 4 ft deep pool and workout room, small but efficient. Staff is super awesome here too :) and rooms are quiet and peaceful.
