College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving

James & Juan were excellent! They called ahead, arrived on time, explained everything well, they were efficient and very careful. They were very enjoyable to work with. I'd definitely recommend them and hire them again.

Edit... the company reached out to me and were able to make arrangements with the furniture company to send out another crew when they delivered the replacement mattress. They were able to get the base up the stairs and into place with no further issues. Absolutely no damage done to anything in the house, or to the new mattress. Thank you for making things right! 3 guys from this company were sent by Schaefer's to deliver a bed with an adjustable base. They were unable to actually deliver the base. It was "too heavy" to get up the stairs. I'm currently sleeping on a mattress on the floor until I can find someone to come move the frame upstairs. If you're going to advertise yourselves as "dedicated to providing the highest quality service for every move, no matter how big or small," you should provide people able to actually move heavy objects. They also tore a huge hole in the bottom of my brand new mattress. I'm very dissatisfied with this.

We bought a gently used sofa and loveseat to replace a 20 yr old not gently used sofa and loveseat. We needed someone to pick up the furniture from the seller and deliver it to our home as well as remove and dispose of the old set. The process required coordinating between the buyer (my sister), the seller and Hunks. That meant multiple phone calls and changing circumstances. With inflation exploding and the cost of diesel so high we figured it wouldn't be cheap, but figured that it was worth it not to have to beg and plead with friends, including one with a pickup, and still having to pay for our trash service to haul the old set away from the curb. All on a 4th of July weekend. On the day of the appointment, Hunks was ahead of schedule and after a few calls back and forth we worked out an earlier time, only one crew and one truck, even though they considered and billed it as two services. They passed the savings on to us. Through this whole process I spoke or worked with multiple Hunks employees. They were very professional, pleasant and efficient. I admit I dreaded having to coordinate this, but they made it as easy as it could be.

James and Juan were very helpful and knowledgeable. They kept me updated and in the loop on their progress and times before even arriving at my apartment to help me move. They were quick and very willing to work with me to save money and time. I would recommend these two and the company! They even had tips for when I planned on moving out of state!

The best moving experience I have ever had!!! No comparison. Shayla and Zach were prompt, professional, patient and amazing to work with. The price was fair - I didn't feel taken advantage of or overcharged as you can with some services. I am recommending them to everybody I know. They were not only the fastest loading pair I have ever worked with - they were so kind to my family. Amazing service is not gone - it is right here!!!!! Do not move without them.

Scheduling was easy and they were so pleasant and helpful. The day of the move, the guys called to come earlier if possible and they were fantastic. Very kind, respectful of my property, super helpful and just great to work with. High praise for two movers!! Definitely would recommend and will use them again in the future.

Excellent movers! James and Nate did amazing, and made sure all my stuff was safe while in transport. The service was quick and they went above and beyond. It was a pleasure to have them, and the conversation was great. This was my 2nd time with College Hunks and so I definitely & highly recommend them. I will continue to use their service in the future!

We used College Hunks to move into our first home. We had two stops---a house and then a storage unit (which was on the second floor of the building). James, Jack, and Juan were our team and they did an outstanding job. They were kind and professional and tried to move as quickly as possible, without damaging our items. We really enjoyed our experience with them!
