Chem-Dry of Nebraska

We have used Chem Dry for years to clean the carpets in apartments that we own as well as our house. Austin does a great job each & every time. He is very professional and is a very nice person. I will continue to contact Austin either by phone or text. He replies promptly each time. He is the best & that is why I have given him a 5 Star rating!

Thoroughly impressed with the results I received! I had a problem area with pet urine due to an elderly dog that recently passed, and Austin did an amazing job getting the smell out. Having rescue dogs they don't always come housebroken, so there's accidents. I have no more urine smells, and for the most part the stains are gone. My carpet is older, and I didn't expect to get all of the stains out. All in all I am extremely pleased with the results and will definitely use them again if needed.

Austin had came out to clean our carpets and a couch. He did an amazing job! I didn't think alot of the spots would come out but they did and our stinky couch is so clean and smells amazing now, same with the carpet!

At the last minute, I was unable to be home for the schedule cleaning. I explain my situation expecting the employee to want to reschedule. I asked if he would go ahead and clean it and we'd get together over the phone and handle the charge. He said fine I'll get it cleaned and I did call him and he handled the payment. He was flexible, he was polite, and it appears by looking at the rug he was very good at the job. I will definitely use this company again.

Austin was a pleasure to work with, I had to reschedule once due to contractors, it was no problem. i have a 7 year old couch and an almost 4 and 5 y/o and low expectations, I thought if the couch could get half as dirty great, it looked immaculate!!! Not to mention the quote given to me was $60 more than we paid, he explained it was due to cushion type, but I had already agreed to quote. We were beyond impressed with price, quality timelinesses, they we’re actually early, and product. I highly recommend.
