Chem-Dry has been doing our carpet cleaning for over twenty - five years. We have been extremely pleased with the quality of work and service they provide.

I have worked with Jeff and Sandy from Chem-Dry for the last couple of years with cleaning furniture on Doane University - Crete campus. The two you sent to the house today were great. Very professional and personable. I came home to be here for the appointment and worked from home. I had apologized to them for not having our sidewalk cleaned for them. My husband just came home and asked about our walkway...your guys scooped the snow for us. They went absolutely above and beyond and I want you to know how impressed (and grateful) I am. Thanks again for excellent service...and of course our carpet smells amazing! They did an amazing job getting the dog urine out from the previous owners. My husband noticed the smell right away!

I wasn't home when they arrived my son was here and he said they were friendly and punctual. We had talked on the phone about doing a pet odor treatment and when he got here he called and said with the amount of urine in the carpet he recommend not treating cause the smell would be worse. I would use them again and recommend them to others to use them as well. Thank you for doing such a great job.
