Car Wash

I spent $15 and still have bugs on my windshield. Would appreciate contact info to get a refund or at the least a re-wash. KCZ Investments & Zac Holoch, are you able to address this?

Vacuum had no suction, went through the car wash, paid with a 20, told me to see the clerk for change, but there's no clerk there.

Tried multiple credit cards and it didn't work. Finally used cash on self serve and glad I put in the minimum. The hose vibrated and sputtered the whole time so barely any pressure and barely any soap. Got once around the car for the $2 and called it quits.

Best car wash in town. The card machine was down and the owner happened to be there and gave us a free one for the inconvenience. Only wash my car here!!!

It's relatively new. The DIY stalls equipment all works as it should! THIS PLACE IS GREAT compared to most self-wash carwashes in Lincoln. So many rundown self-wash carwashes have defective equipment(the foam brush doesn't work or when you dial up the various wand settings but they take forever to start - all of which eats into the time on the timer you've paid for: TAKING YOUR MONEY and delivering NOTHING, leaving you with a soapy car and no time on the clock to rinse it off, so you have to pay MORE just to finish. I know you've been there too! YOU DEFINITELY GET YOUR MONEY'S WORTH HERE👍They also offer a drive thru automatic touchless car wash AND if your 4-legged companion needs a good cleaning but your wife/girlfriend has FORBIDDEN ever using the tub at home after the last time when the shower curtain got ripped, the walls splattered with soapy mud and the drain clogged with fur...this is the place to come!

I used it few times before and thought it was expensive but ok. Last week, went in for an automatic car wash, it accepted payment ($9) but wouldn't open. Later that day, I sent an e-mail it bounced back then I called the number posted on the door and the guy apologized and took my mailing address to send me 3 free wash vouchers. Never received anything since. I will not go back there anymore.

The so-called G Force Car Wash does a reasonably good job for a touchless. I've been going there for years and been fairly satisfied overall. I'm guessing that the ownership has changed hands recently. They have completely replaced all equipment and systems in the automatic wash, and they've added a self-service 'pet wash' as well. With the equipment updates, they ditched Rain-X protectant and shortened the drying cycle to only one minute - it should really be 90 seconds - but at least now there's a timer outside the bay to show you how much time is left. The price of the top-tier wash hasn't changed; it's still $15.

I've used this car wash with good results for a couple of years now. On Saturday, February 8th 2020 the automatic wash stopped after a few seconds and I had to exit without getting my truck washed. I called one of the numbers on the door and left a message. They called me back on Sunday and emailed me codes for two free Platinum washes. They will continue to get my business!

We took 2 large dogs on May 5, 2020 to get washed after they visited the dog park. I read some of the reviews about cc not being used correctly, so decided to use cash. I put $20 in and then noticed it did not give change. We brought our own shampoo. I only used the rinse for washing the dogs. The water was nice and warm from the start. After they were rinsed well, I used the blower to dry them. It was very strong and cool. My dogs seemed to enjoy it. I had plenty of time left over from the original 24 min so decided to sanitize the bathtub as well. We could not get the door to lock, so one person had to watch it so that the dogs did not push out. That may have been our fault because we did not try too many times. Given my experience, we will go back but bring smaller denominations of cash. We had lots of time left over! Do NOT use the automatic car wash. The door closed on the front of my truck and got yellow residue all over it. Horrible quality wash to boot. Don't ever use the automated service here.
