From my initial call to customer service to Logan and Tim backing out of my driveway, I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience. Tom, one of the owners and in charge of installation, came over to do some prep work on Friday. He went above and beyond what would normally be done. I've used Capital Heating and Air Conditioning for the last 20 years and have always been happy with the work they have done. In my opinion there is not a better company out there.

We worked with Ben and he was amazing! He showed up very fast, figured out the problem and had the AC up and running in less than 20 minutes. Even my two large dogs loved him! We had an issue where condensation was backing up inside of our air handler unit causing issues with the airflow from the AC. We called a "top rated" company, asking for someone to come take a look. After not receiving a response (ever), we went back online and found Capitol Heating & Air. We called and explained the situation to Lisa, who then scheduled a service tech to come take a look that same day! Darrin showed up at the house within a couple of hours, took a look and immediately knew what needed to be done. He fixed the issue right on the spot, looked over the whole system and gave us some tips on how to extend the life of our heat pump and air handler unit. The best part of the whole experience was that Darrin treated us professionally and took the time to show and explain things to us in a "language" that we understood! And, the cost of the service call/repair was a lot les than what I was anticipating. I was pleasantly surprised when Kari told us the cost of the service call. And, she was able to handle everything right over the phone. After our interactions with Kari, Lisa and Darrin, we will be using Capitol Heating & Air for all of our future AC/heating needs. We highly recommend Capitol Heating & Air to anyone looking for high quality work with, more than, reasonable rates and excellent customer service at all levels!

Had my a/c checked before summer. The tech was pleasant and he performed his job in a timely manner. I will have the furnace checked in the fall. I have been satisfied so far.

This is a outstanding company. Over the years they have maintained our heat pump system. Made some repairs; a compressor, and a air handler fan motor. The technicians have always been very knowledgeable, very polite, and very prompt. After our last service call on our old system we were informed that the system needed to be replaced. We were presented several options and after making our choice they were ready to install without delay. The new system is fantastic, the installation was neat and clean, The technicians were great. Myself and my wife would recommend this company to anyone needing a heating and air contractor! Five Star service from the office staff, sales staff, and the technicians. I greatly appreciate the responsiveness, professionalism and quality of Capitol Heating & Air. I've had them out twice in the past year, and have interacted with three different people from their business -- all of whom are positive and seem to love what they're doing! Most recently, our AC wasn't working after an attic project, and Mason lined up a tech to come out and take a look after business hours on a Friday. Thirty minutes later, the problem was resolved and we were back to enjoying our weekend. If you are in need of HVAC service, start with Capitol! They're great!

I have worked the Capital on a projects over the years and they never disappoint. Friendly knowledgeable staff that is always willing to help. Most recently I had my AC fuse blow on a 99+ Deg day and by the time I got home it was repaired and charged a fair amount. Would recommend Capital to anyone. Thanks You to all who work there.
