Capital Towing

They towed my friends car from a housing property instead of having housing permit. their explanation was they could not see that in the night, as a result my friends vehicle was impounded for no reason. My friend is furious and upset, even after having all valid documentation he had to face this situation. We are looking forward to report this towing company to the DMV.

Very experienced and professional. If the dispute is between the car dealership and the towtruck causing damage, it was definitely the dealership. These guys know the job inside and out and are very good at it.

Horrible experience, they towed my roommates vehicle without asking where to take it. After meeting up with them they were very rude and asked why didn't drive the vehicle. Keep in mind the vehicle was just in a collision which resulted in snapping the knuckle and upper control arm...

Met a nice lady there and she was very helpful and kind. I would recommend them to anyone. Its quick and easy process to get your stuff from your car after its totalled.

Capital towing will never be the company I use ever again. I will also be voting them out of our HOA. Towed my car to the wrong dealership and then changed me again to get it to the right one. What a joke. No customer service at all. Sad excuse for a business. Go somewhere else. Trust me.

There was a nasty accident in front of my house this evening. (Nobody was injured thankfully.) One of the vehicles had thrown a ton of pieces of debris onto my front lawn. Dwayne was the driver taking care of that vehicle and did a fantastic job. Nothing left on my lawn, real nice guy and very professional. Thank you Sir!

If you do any business with this place; you better be willing to sign over your title! This place will take every last penny. I'm on disability and they towed my vehicle from my residence at Fountain Glen. This happened while out of town on bereavement. Came home and they made me sign over my vehicle TODAY June 30, 2023. They did this because I didn't have the money to pay the $30 a day they charged to store it plus the tow charge. They said that I could sign over my Jeep in order to pay the cost of their towing and storage. I was left with no other choice! This vehicle was taken directly outside where I reside! I will NOT sign a new lease with Fountain Glen because of their business practices. Now I can use Uber on the government dime to get to my cancer appointments!!!! Thank you for the new $300 travel allowance from NEBRASKA DHHS!!!

Just terrible. Amanda told me my daughter’s car was towed from her apartment at 56th and Holdrege. I asked for the reason. She said, “According to the invoice, she didn’t have a parking permit.” I told her there was never one issued to my daughter and that I’ll have her talk to management. We talked about parking signage around the apartments and businesses across from them. I told her I saw one sign as you pull into the business plaza with apartments on the left. She sternly started, there are five visible signs stating where parking is/not allowed. My husband drove over there to pick up my distraught, single-parent daughter to pay for & retrieve her car. He saw: One sign. Right where I said. Amanda, get your facts straight. Be nicer. Take customer service classes. Or get a different job where you do not interact with customers. That’s what we are.

Excellent, reliable service. I appreciated the quick response and the dispatcher's call back letting me know that the wrecker had arrived.

We were driving through and got a flat around midnight. We changed the tire, but it was low on air. First we called AAA, but they said it would take 2.5 hours. At 1 am, this was not ideal. We called Captial Towing and they said they could be there in about 30-45 mins. So obviously, we said yes. They were there in 15! Chris was very nice and so was his manager. We were on our way in no time. Thanks Chris!
