Check out my video on YouTube showing more details!! UPDATE: His realtor has fired him and the developers have run him out of the neighborhood. He can no longer build in Village Meadows. He is being sued by a plumbing sub contractor and a home owner who is now having water issue due to the property he built next door. Me, well 3 months after closing the sod company informed me they were putting a lean on my home because he would not pay them. They were friendly and working together we got them thier money. This guy is a scum bag. Maybe I am lying but do you want to take the chance? Email me I can give you a list of others you can talk to. ...previous review: Not recommended. Lacks attention to detail. Website is a lie. Ask to meet his crew. He uses predominantly sub contractors. Disorganized. Don't take the chance with your money there are plenty of other builder in Lincoln to choose from!
