I had a great experience! It was my first time here and went very smoothly. Lily was very nice and made my nails look amazing. She also told me the price upfront which I appreciated.

Very quick and efficient service! Emily did an amazing job on my nails- they were super grown out gel extensions that she filled and shaped. She's also great with designs! I was updated throughout about the prices for what I wanted and about what each service did and did not include.

This morning my daughter got a full set of nails with a French manicure done at another nail salon; the quality of workmanship was poor (they used a poor quality tips, the clear part had bubbles). She was very upset about how terrible they looked. I looked online for the highest-rated nail salons in Lincoln with best reviews and called Big Red Nails. After explaining what happened they told us to come in right away - Emily identified the issue and started the process completely over. My daughter slowly relaxed as her nailed were transformed. Emily expertly re-did the full set of nails and was professional- the end result was beautiful. My daughter loved them! I highly recommend this salon, Emily truly rescued her.

Love coming in to get my nails done! Have gone other places and they always sucked! The nail techs always listen to what I want amd if I show a picture they always either do exactly that or get as close as possible! Never have made an appointment and they always get me and my best friend in quickly! 10 out of 5 stars! So recommending this place to all my friends! Have to add to this. My nail art stickers came off on one finger and I made an appt and they got me in asap and got it fixed no problem! Seriously love this place!

Went with my sister to get a full set acrylic nails and pedicure gel , upon walking in there was strong chemical smells and a line of people waiting. When we checked in and started our pedicure the chairs were broken and wobbly and the pedicure was barely done though they were somehow 65$ in the end. My French tip toes are uneven and already peeling up a week later. My acrylics are popping off completely after a week!!! They did French tip also and was uneven and the nails were shaved thick and different heights. When I brought my concern they seemed annoyed and didn’t want to take the nail off and fit it. Instead slopped more acrylic on the nail. We got charged 65 for the acrylic nails alone though a full set claimed to be 35 plus 15 for gel. Very disappointed as a first time customer and felt like my disappointment was shown and communicated yet nothing was done.

I came in with severely damaged nails from 2 previous salons. Michael did an amazing job and taking care of my nails and making them look beautiful as well as giving me instructions to take care of my nails. Highly recommend this nail salon!!!

I went here tonight and it was absolutely amazing. I wish I would have asked the girl for her name, she did an amazing job; 100% recommend. We had amazing service, everyone was so nice and talked to me and my bridesmaid almost the whole time. The staff here is so friendly. My nails look absolutely gorgeous. I have not had my nails done in 5 years, my bridesmaid in 2, so we didn’t really know what we were doing; they were so patient with us and made suggestions to help us. They even gave me a little gift for congrats on my upcoming marriage! Definitely will be coming here again.

Lily was my nail tech. She was really friendly and did a great job. I have a lot of sensitivities in my hands because of nerve issues, so I don't get my nails done often. It's generally pretty excruciating. But she did a great job. It was still painful for me, but way better than most places I've been. Most places pain levels are like 9/10, here it was more like a 4/10. So I am happy. :) The nails turned out beautiful for my wedding. Thanks Lily!

I have been to this nail salon twice now, Emily does an amazing job on my nails and fills them in perfectly, she is amazing a her designs, showed her a picture of what I wants and she made them look exactly like the picture. Highly recommend this nail salon, all of the staff are friendly, great environment. Overall my favorite nail salon I’ve been too, they’ve done perfect on my nails each time!!

I absolutely love going to Big Red to get mine and my girls nails done! They always make you feel very welcome and I have yet to have a design they haven’t been able to do from my autism awareness nails, to fall, and our basic nails! Highly recommend this store!
