Bats to Rats LLC - Wildlife Control and Prevention

We had Daine do a bat inspection on our 1930s house and were so pleased with his patience, attention to detail and transparency. He gave us an honest opinion about how to handle our situation and it was clear that he wasn't chasing for dollars or trying to take advantage of the situation (like the other inspector we met). We're still deciding how we'll approach our situation but from a customer service and pricing standpoint, we would definitely go with Daine.

Bats to Rats stood behind their guarantee. They came out and sealed up our house after we had a few bats. When six months later we had another one, they came back out and addressed the problem right away. They worked with our roofing company to fix a ridge vent on our steep roof. All with no cost and no hassle to us. We were happy with their service.

I had a snake show up in my basement. I called Bats to Rats and they were out within 3 hours of my call and safely, and humanely removed it. The guy offered to take it with him to release somewhere else, but I said it was okay to release it on my rural property. Very prompt and courteous. Hopefully I never have to call them again, but I know who to call if I have wildlife issues in the future

I'll leave up the original review to give context but I have to commend BtR on their response to this review and how professionally they handled it. I was admittedly frustrated by this ongoing problem with our house. They came back out the next day after talking with me and found a possible entry point and shortly after that came out and worked on it. I was very impressed by how quickly they responded and at no extra cost. I would recommend them. Keeping mice out, especially out of an old home that was flipped before we bought it by some very unscrupulous people, is an ongoing process and I appreciate their hard work. I have not found any new droppings or signs of mice in the last few weeks. ------- We have mice in our home. Bats to Rats came out, assessed the situation, gave us a quote, seemed reasonable, so we went ahead and had them get started. Several hundred dollars bought us foam in the corners of our siding sprayed haphazardly and a piece of metal meant to cover a gap in our concrete that butts up to the house. It seemed pretty shoddy but seemed to initially solve the problem. Now, a couple months later, the.mice are in the same places they were before. It seems they never left. Between ABC Pest Control and Bats to Rats and several thousand dollars we could get some solutions but it seems like no one is interested in doing quality work. I messaged them last week to see if they'd be interested in trying again and have yet to receive a response, which I'm taking as the response. Don't hire them if you have a problem more extensive than "Here's a rodent, please remove it." You'd be better making mouse traps out of money and hoping the mice choke on it.

Bats to Rats was able to trap 2 raccoons and an opossum that were trying to live in our garage!

I cannot stress enough to not use this company. After the initial work, we could tell we still had a problem, we sent photo evidence to them. They were then, very hard to reach and would not return our calls for weeks on end. We did everything they said. They were paid in full. Now, here we are 2 years later and we required another company to come out for inspection as we continue to hear noises. Within 5 minutes of being on our property, they addressed all the problem areas and were appalled at the work that had been previously done. I try to never leave negative reviews and give people the benefit of the doubt but we are out now out $1000 from this company and having to hire another company to do the job that should have been done in the first place.

It’s been over a year since we hired these awesome folks to fix our attic bat problem…. We had 3 separate incidents in about 6 months where a bat got into our house through the attic. The experts at Bats to Rats demonstrated expertise in how bats move and behave throughout the various seasons in Nebraska, and used that knowledge to fix our problem quickly by bat-proofing our attic, and we haven’t had a single bat since. Do yourself a favor and call these guys if you have rodent trouble; you may regret it if you don’t!

I live on an acreage, had a new roof installed and then needed Bats to Rats to re-bat proof the openings between the new roof and dormers. Did an excellent job and would highly recommend their services.

We have used Bats to Rats for two of hour homes now and use the annual warranty service. We first used them about 5 years ago. The service is great, efficient and staff are excellent. They have successfully rid us of mice, voles and bats at both homes and have had excellent outcomes. I highly recommend their service to anyone I know needing it.

Had raccoons living in the attic of a home and they were gaining entry through the old chimney. Within 24 hours of my initial call Bats to Rats had traps installed and less than a week later the problem was solved and they prevented future visitors by installing a cap on the chimney. The best part is their pricing was the most competitive out of anyone else I called. Would definitely use them in the future!
