The best experience I've had renting a car. Very quick and painless ... they didn't hassle me with add-ons and they upgraded me to a better vehicle at no extra charge.

I rent from this location regularly, about every two weeks. The staff are very polite and helpful, and when I had to reschedule a pre-paid reservation (something the staff in this location can't do) the call was fast, easy and painless.

The car floor Mats were dirty from the snowy weather but I imagine that couldn't be helped. Otherwise it was good service a CD the cat was ready.

It was a great experience. I originally was going to Enterprise to rent vehicles. They are always so rude. I will be taking my business to Avis from this point on.

I rented a car there a couple of times. I have nice experience over there. Prices were reasonable and no odors in the cars, most significantly cars were always clean. I liked it.

The only experience that I've had with this company was trying to find the parking for the shops next door. I unknowingly parked in their parking lot and was immediately yelled at by woman inside. I found her reaction to my minor mistake to be very rude. I haven't needed to rent a car in Lincoln yet, but I know that this company won't get my business when I do.

I was treated very well by Gufron. He was very polite, helpful and easy to work with. I had worked with Enterprise in the past, but Avis is #1 in my book!

We had some hiccups with the rental, had to change vehicles. Upon returning, things were made right. I assume it was the manager that I spoke with. Things happen, it's how it's managed that matters.

The vehicle was filthy, didn't have what I reserved and charged me a full day at an inflated rate because I was 20 mins late bringing the vehicle back. I called customer service, that was a joke in it self. I always use Enterprise but thought I'd give Avis a try. Lesson learned.
