The staff was very nice and very attentive. The dentist was also very polite. He explained what he was seeing and what he felt could be done. He then gave me options. On leaving after the complimentary exam and X-Rays the health advisor went over the payment options and set up the dates for procedures. She was also very nice. I felt welcome and comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Staff was professional, efficient, and genuinely nice from receptionist to hygienists to doctor. The manager of finances was incredibly sweet, professional and made the process of discussing costs and insurance as comfortable as possible (we also discussed March Madness brackets which always is interesting!) I will be coming in the following weeks for my cleaning and tooth surgery.

I was afraid I was going to walk out disappointed. But they did everything possible to not only make it affordable but have everything I needed fixed complete before my son's wedding in three weeks.. They cared about how important it was for me to have a photo worthy smile within 3 weeks. That meant everything to me! I still have work to go on the lowers but they completely understood the urgent need for me to just focus on the upper plate at this time.

Excellent service, super friendly staff, extremely knowledgeable doctors. Most down to earth, straightforward explanation of what needs/should be done with a plan laid out and pricing already figured out. Single-handedly the easiest, most hassle free experience I have ever had regarding a dentist appointment. Whole-heartedly would recommend to family and friends.

Aspen is a great, high quality dental facility. They are quick but detailed. Everyone was very accommodating!! Thanks for taking such good care of my teeth!!!

Went To This Place For A Infected Cavity. I Was Told That I Would Have To Wait A Week Until They Could Pull My Tooth. I Went Home And Slept For A Night Just To Wake Up To My Gums And The Whole Bottom Of My Mouth Swollen. I Ended Up Finding Another Dentist And They Told Me If I Didn’t Get The Tooth Pulled Today That I Would Be In The ER In 1-2 Days Which This Place Didn’t Tell Me. I Ended Up Going Somewhere Else And Got My Tooth Pulled Today. I Highly Don’t Recommend This Place Seems Like They Just Want To Take Your Money.

A wonderful and very friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't take long to fix my teeth. My dentist and the entire staff made me feel so comfortable. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

I was very pleased with all facets of my experience at Aspen Dental on 27th St in Lincoln, especially the incredibly customer service focused staff! Special shout out to friendly & professional Mary in front office who was able to get me in ASAP for the service I needed. Emma, x-ray tech, was thorough & excellent at explaining the technology used for exam. Tiffany, the hygienist, was fun, friendly and made my teeth cleaning a pleasant experience. I was very impressed by Brenly, office manager: she took the time to go over what my insurance would cover (not a lot, I'll be firing that insurance company) and suggested other insurers who provide better coverage for clients. Brenly is an exceptional young lady, this organization is fortunate to have her! I will definitely be back for my dental health needs & highly recommend this office for yours.

I will not lie, I hate going to the dentist; however today I went to Aspen dental and they were nice, welcoming, and understanding of my financial situation. They didn’t make me feel bad about myself because of how bad some of my teeth are and that makes me feel better about going to them for my dental needs
