Applebee's Grill + Bar

Food was good but it took forever to come out also our waitress/bartender made us feel like an inconvenience. She gave us a bill before we were eating and when we ordered dessert she left before we were done. And at the time there was more workers than customers she kind of rushed us to eat our food. Watch out.

Went there tonight to eat and food was good. Took a little bit to get a salad and food. The place was extremely cold and people had to wear there coats to eat along with the staff had to wear hoodys and jackets to keep warm. I asked about turning up the heat and was told they can't trying to cut cost. That's just not right.

Just what I have become accustomed to, obviously a corporate restaurant with a reasonable menu. The service was good and quite prompt. The burger that I ate was good but nothing to write home about. Overall a good experience for a quick lunch.

This location wasn't that busy but yet they couldn't serve the customers they had. This location appeared to be short staff in about every position. Servers were working too many tables to keep up. Bartender couldn't serve up a beer in a timely fashion, and the kitchen staff was extremely slow and the food was cold. After eating here, I understand why there weren't many customers on a Saturday evening. I'll be joining the crowd that chooses to eat elsewhere.

Today was all sorts of terrible. I was told a 15 minute wait which turned into 40. One of the hosts at the front door spent the entire time on her phone and was helping with nothing. Once I was seated I sat for another 15 and was never noticed by the server who was tending the area. The people next to me sat for almost 40 minutes just waiting on drinks from the bar. I understand foodservice and how everyone is short staffed. What I don't understand is filling all of your tables without the ability to service your customers. I will never come back to this location.

Honestly we normally have no issue with service but tonight we waited over an hour for our food. We ordered the endless wings, shrimp, and ribs. We thought we’d be smart and about half an hour into waiting we decided to go ahead and put in a second round since the 1st order was taking a little bit. Our SECOND round came out before our FIRST! We were never asked for more drinks or water either. We totally understood that they were short staffed but basically we just wanted to talk to the manager. The manager couldn’t have cared less. No apology. No recognition, nothing. Our server was good but we’re just dissatisfied and disappointed

Got Curbside To Go and am always nervous when ordering a Steak. Worried it might not be cooked right, but not finding out til I get home….But that’s not the case!!! Best steak, cooked perfect and very tender!!

Staff hanging out up front conversing and what seemed like joking around. While our drinks sat out on bar ready, waiting to be brought to our table for 10+minutes. When we asked our waitress if we could get them, she said she couldn’t bring them to us since she wasn’t old enough(which we understand that part, but find someone who can) When getting drinks they were half pours, and mostly foam. Do not recommend.

my bestie and I had margaritas and appetizers during happy hour, and the drinks were amazing and food was delicious! we sat ourselves at the bar and was assisted right away with our waitress. i would definitely come back with my husband, as we had a great experience here.

The food was delicious and the service was efficient. As most places we had to wait for more than 45 min before being seated. Even the reservation steward was bussing tables and cleaned the spills in the hallway due to staff shortage. I do have a small suggestion - maybe instead of having guests be seated and waiting at the waiting areas...they could seat us on a table but inform guests that they have to wait whatever time that was avaialble. (Yes there were plenty of table open this evening) that was we cab already look at the menu and make decisions already by the time tge wait staff is available. Maybe this is too much to ask 😊.
