Annabell Gardens

Loved staying at the Annabel Gardens it’s perfect when you’re in town. Feels like you’re in your own apartment. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I’m definitely going back there. Thank you!

My husband and I were visiting family in Lincoln, traveling from Michigan in Sept. 2022. The staff at Annabell Gardens were a life saver when our previous reservation turned out to be terrible, and downright dangerous. My husband called and spoke with front office staff and they had a suite ready for us in minutes. The suite was amazing with great amenities, the staff were great and all around score of a 10! ;) We plan on visiting again, and will stay at your property. LOVED our stay!!! Room was very clean & cozy, breakfast was great, ice cream delicious & available 24/7, felt very safe as outside lighting was extremely good & the beds were comfy. Delighted with our decision to stay at Annabelle Gardens!

Staff was kind! Descent breakfast. Room seemed clean. Poor lighting in parking area. Parking might be a good distance to room/apt. Can hear conversations in rooms from outside sidewalks. Might need to walk around corners and/or between buildings. I was very nervous going outside after dark.

This place is great! The rooms are clean and have a washer and dryer with full kitchen. There is an outdoor pool, hot tub and they have the best breakfast of any hotel I have been at!! Bonus!! Also pet friendly and have soft serve, coffee and slushies available all day!!

This is a unique hotel experience in Lincoln - almost like a mini-resort. Definitely recommend visiting in the summer as the pool has a lovely atmosphere and is well maintained. The staff was friendly (shout out to Kathy and Tony), the breakfast selection and quality was great and the free ice cream was a big hit with our kids!

We stay here anytime we are in Lincoln for more than one day. It's great prices and location are great. And I give a 10 out of 10 for the beds they were ultra comfy. And who doesn't love a kitchen and fireplace ( yes a real fireplace) in the room. The little lobby store sells logs. I highly recommend for couples or families

Wonderful place to stay for extended stays. Staff are friendly, check in is a breeze. The rooms are clean, comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast is my favorite compared to other places I stayed at. Plenty of food and drink and never cold. The free ice cream is awesome!! I have been recommending this place many times. Looking fo5to stay there again!

We had to stay here due to a major accident in the family and were there for a week. The rooms are super clean, having a kitchen and all was awesome! Everyone was very kind and helpful. There was a Nebraska football game that weekend and our room was originally booked, but they made arrangements for us so we could continue our stay. I'd definitely stay here again if I was brought back to Lincoln for any reason.

Annabelle Gardens is a wonderful place to stay! We needed a place for my mother and her pets while she looked for a home to buy. She ended up staying longer than anticipated, and the management and staff were SO kind and went above and beyond to be helpful. We really can't say enough about their excellent and personable customer service, and we want to extend a special thank you to Kathy, Jason, and the housekeeping staff! The amenities and accommodations are charming and provide you with everything you need. Having such a lovely garden-like atmosphere in Lincoln was also refreshing and restful. We would highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Annabelle Gardens!!!
