Everybody goes out of their way to help you with any questions or concerns. They make sure you're 100% educated on the care etc of any animal before you take it home. They truly care about not only the customers but all the animals as well. I've got my beardie from them. And routinely go in for salads, feeder bugs and with any questions.

Shannon was amazing and so helpful!! She offered great advice for my BP's hunger strike. I bought a little baby crested gecko, they even sold me the juvie enclosure for a good price, and I already love her. The animals were all beautiful and healthy, and every staff member was very friendly. It's an hour plus drive for me and I will absolutely be back, definitely worth it. Would give 6/5 stars if possible.

Amazing experience. Came down to Lincoln from Minnesota to visit family and decided to hop over on Black Friday just to have a look around. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff, and amazing Black Friday deals. Ended up leaving with a beautiful mojave banana enchi ball python.

Showed up like 30 minutes before opening , didn't notice the time , worker guy asked if I could wait outside so me my wife and child sat outside and watched as he serviced 2 lady's that came in right after me , the still waited the 30 minute to go in at which point the workers where still rude and short about everything. The only one who works here that isn't rude is the female worker , definitely just gonna go for lower quality Petco instead of dealing with this nasty place

Smell wasn't great. In fact it was horrible. Yes animals and their live food will smell, but it was overall very dirty. It was super busy and was only helped after standing for 15 minutes by a guy that acted like he really didn't want to help me. My juvenile beardie seems to be healthy. Relatively tame. Eats his salad and bugs just fine. Just concerned about the rudeness of the staff and the smell. Cannot be good for the respiratory systems of the animals, especially of the birds in the small cages. Birds have very sensitive lungs. Staff didn't ask about my experience with animals and just assumed I didn't know anything. I've been keeping reptiles, birds and amphibians my entire life. I almost felt cornered instead of a conversation

We purchased a ball python for our 9 year old and have been battling mites with the poor thing ever since. I now have heard this complaint from MANY families. I do not recommend this place for anything.

It has been a while since I’ve lived in the area but I spoke with Shannon today about some heavy circumstances and she was so kind and caring. Jay was always easy to work with. True animal lovers and good people.

Very helpful and very educated 👌 best place I've found to get reptiles and anything to do with them! I wanted to edit my review. Animal addicts is simply amazing. I've purchased 3 ball pythons. They have all been amazing eaters. They were clean from mites. I was in there for hours trying to pick one out. Nothing but patience and education so I could pick the right fit for my collection. The two owners stand out great customer service. There a lady working mornings also super amazing. Then the last employee that deserves recognition. I don't know his name but he is super tall he is definitely amazing too nice and always serves with a smile.

Shannon @ AJ’s Reptarium was simply amazing! My daughters and I had the best experience picking out our leopard gecko & all the needed accessories! Highly recommend AJ’s for all your reptile needs!
