The TV didn't work in the first room they gave me when I arrived. So, they moved me to another room down the hall. That night I kept hearing my grocery bag moving on the desk. I assumed it was the heater blowing it around. Then, around 4am I heard it again but more forcefully, and something was scratching under my bed. I slowly grabbed my phone and turned on the flashlight. It was mice! They ate holes into the energy bars I had in the bag. So, I was moved to yet another room that was supposed to be non-smoking, but I could smell remnants of cigarette smoke and the door requires it to be shut several times before it decides to lock. This hotel is very run down and unclean.

I've previously stayed at this hotel so I knew what I was getting into. I needed a cheap place to stay at to study and cram for an exam away from the kids. My only issue with my stay this time is that they gave me a room that was so far from the front and on the 2nd floor. I had a lot of books to haul up the stairs. When I got to my room it had not been cleaned yet by staff. I didn't want to leave my books there or travel back down to the front, so I decided to stay. I do like the desk and comfy computer chair. It was quiet. Oh, the extra slide lock was missing by the door. I was hoping no one would attempt coming in as I know some hotels nearby are known to be drug hotels. It's a good value for the price.

I am only giving a 3 star rating because the pictured items in the bathroom were easy inexpensive fixes. The price was cheap enough, the location, easy to get to right off of I80 next to the airport, it had a restaurant and bar we didnt use but it was handy if we had needed one and it was quiet. May or may not stay again depending on my budget for a trip.😊

I wouldn’t even give it one star if I could. Trying to paint the place isn’t gonna cover the rude owner the horrible smells in the rooms or the lack of working appliances. The streets would probably be a better fit

There are nice amenities and cleanliness for the price. The room and bathroom were clean and maintained daily. The heating and cooling system showed its age and could sputter loudly, but it was responsive and controllable, and at the rate paid one cannot expect all new devices and perfection. I did not have any issues with the door, windows, or bathrooms. The breakfast was indeed light, but did offer milk, and I again cannot complain for the price paid. The on-site restaurant and bar had good food, especially the pizza. The service was notably hospitable and courteous, with warmth and attention to quality of my stay. I stayed 4 nights and would stay again. It was "no frills" but when looking for budget lodging it's hard to beat.

It was one of the cheapest hotels available for the night we were there.

Additionally, someone was in one of our rooms and left a mess in the bathroom. Our bedspread had a cigarette whole in it. Dirty. The only positive was the women at the front desk was very nice although she did not record the day the girls checked out of their room so we ended up after 4 phone calls paying for 2 extra days.

The price.

The prices of the hotel I should have already know what I was expecting. I wanted to stay at a hotel for just one night and didn’t want to spend a lot of money. When first entering the hotel, I was greeted by the manager. Very friendly and kind. However, walking in the hotel room… I got greeted with a terrible odor. The room looked grimy and felt “dirty.” The walls were damaged and they painted it with paint that doesn’t even match the whole room. The blinds had rips and holes. When we checked the bed, we found pee stains on the white sheets and under the protector we found little dead bugs and cereal. The bedding had a weird smell to them. As if they just folded the bedding back after someone used it. The towels felt dirty and the shower was dirty. The shower curtain looked like it hasn’t been changed for months/weeks. I didn’t feel comfortable at all in the hotel and neither did my boyfriend. Overall, the hotel gave me sketchy vibes. If I was alone, I would have walked in and immediately have walked out without checking in. As a woman, I advise other females DO NOT STAY AT THE HOTEL especially alone. We went to ask for a refund (we booked through Priceline) and the manager told us to contact Priceline for a FULL refund. When Priceline finally got ahold of someone in charge, the owner of the hotel decided to be a slum and only refund us for one night. I will not recommend staying at this hotel, for anything. Especially during COVID, if that’s the way they clean…. That means they don’t sanitize anything. As soon as we left and went to Holiday Inn, I showered and scrub the filth from the hotel. -5 stars. ☺️

Would not recommend this hotel, when we first arrived the hotel staff said that they had no reservation from Priceline, after our 8 hour drive from Colorado that is not what we wanted to hear. We booked this hotel 3 hours before arriving which is plenty of time to get a reservation through. After talking to Priceline they told us that they have sent the reservation and that this was a issue on the hotels end… the staff wanted us to cancel through Priceline and pay more through them. Extremely unprofessional almost seemed like they were trying to pull a fast one. After about 30-40 minutes of calling Priceline and arguing with the front desk lady, she finally “found” the reservation. Very suspicious that after I asked to speak to the manager of Priceline she got the reservation. The hotel was quite nasty with a hole in the bathroom, a burn on the bathroom sink, pee stains on the toilet seat rim, and the garbage wasn’t taken out. Was very sketchy to sleep in the beds as they weren’t the cleanest. The breakfast was pitiful, coffee, cereal, and small Cinnabon’s. But a good lesson that you get what you pay for and won’t be reserving a hotel like this again.
