Car broke down on a Sunday morning in Lincoln after driving into town from Omaha. Return my call quickly under the circumstances. Towed my vehicle where I needed it and dropped me off where I needed to go. Very helpful and friendly.

One of their drivers was road raging with another driver down Cornhusker Hwy. He was weaving in and out of traffic to get in front of the other truck then slammed on his brakes to get out and yell at the other driver. Zero regard for other vehicles and the safety of others. We called the owner to let him know and he proceeded to complain to me about calling him. Said I didn’t know the details and made excuses for his drivers reckless driving. I let him know the police were called and he let me know how unhappy he was about that and was more worried about getting a bad review and how I was wasting his time calling and reporting the incident. Might be a good towing company but the way he handled my phone call was unprofessional and completely ridiculous.

This is the second time I have had to be towed in Lincoln. After my first experience with using Allways towing, that went, super smooth and was super prompt, I couldn't help but use them again. I was not disappointed as they arrived quickly and new exactly where to take my vehicle.Thank you!

We called and scheduled a tow they said they would call us when they were on the way. We called back to discuss the time and update the business on the vehicle and it’s axle. The gal that took both calls seemed inexperienced and frustrated. The company representative also made us feel like they were more interested in how we intended to pay rather than our concerns for our vehicle or our Safty. We felt that they did not have our best interest in mind so we canceled the tow and used a better rated company, as there are hundreds of companies to choose from. Anybody reading this might consider doing the same as this company seems obtuse to customer service .

Allways towing, more like always getting me out of a jam. These guys are quick, polite, and reliable. Saved my company twice in a day last week by getting trucks to where they can be fixed quickly. We only make money when our wheels are on the ground, so these guys are much appreciated when we need service.

I did not use this service, however, this morning on 70th street, the truck had its emergency lights on and was weaving in and out of traffic, passing on the right, pulling way left to try and pass, and tailgating the car in front of it. I am surprised this in itself didn't cause an accident. Then at VanDorn, he pulled in the middle of the intersection, stopped a few minutes, and then went through between runza and brewskys and returned in the opposite direction he was zooming through. I understand that if I were in an accident and was not hurt, I would appreciate timeliness, but this seemed just dangerous to everyone around.

License plate ALLWAYS. Weaving in and out of traffic like he’s playing Grand Theft Auto. Stay away from this towing company, if this is the type of drivers they employ.

Horrible. Spoke to a lady on the phone and she was extremely rude to my boyfriend. Nobody here for us to get my car. Sat there waiting forever. Charged unreasonable amount. If I could give 0 stars I would

I have a delivery business and one of my drivers broke down on a dangerous busy Lincoln street. The tow truck was on his way to a job but saw the breakdown and pulled my vehicle and driver off the road to safety. I called to thank them and ask if they had another driver which they set up. I've used Allways before but they are now top of my list in Lincoln. I appreciate doing business with Good Nebraska People who care to do the right and KIND thing. Their in town price is also less than others I've used.

Friendly , Timely and Attention to detail! They Were very Careful with my vehicle when I locked my keys in the car. I have also used them for multiple Tow's For Customers that had flat Tires or damaged Wheels. They are the Best !
