I like using Warren-T because they are always prompt and their work is always complete. I also feel their cost has been reasonably. Never had to recall them for the same issue and I will contine to use them.

I would put 0 stars if i could! The only positive experience with Warren-T was the plumbers that completed the job were extremely nice. A date was schedule for service. On that date, they asked to extend it out further as they were busy (understandably). The next date, I told them I would have to leave the door unlocked for them as I would not be home for lunch to let them in. I got home that evening and nothing was done, no phone call about rescheduling, and my door had been unlocked the entire day. I called the next day (with no apology for Warren-T) and set up a new day. Finally, service was complete. However, when my son and I got home that evening, there was an overpowering fume smell in the entire house. They did not warn me or tell me anything about a fume smell. It was so bad, I had to open every window in the house (in 30 degree weather) to keep from throwing up. The part that really made me mad was that my dog had been in the kennel in the house the entire time being exposed the powerful fumes for I don't know how long. I called the next day and complained and they said they would give me a discount (later to find out when I got the invoice it was only $20). A few days go by and I notice the same pipes they worked on were leaking again. I called and they came out the next day and were there a total of 30 minutes and the amount of work they did pretty much equaled the amount of work they did the first time. I get the invoice (for the first service as they did not charge for the second time being there) and they charged me $496 for labor and $ 268 for materials (after I had to call and get a detailed invoice...which wasn't really detailed as no hourly rate or how many hours they were there). After the second time of them being there and only taking 30 minutes, I guarantee they were not there the first time for more than 2 hours. So basically, they are charging me $248 per hour after such a damn headache of an experience. Do not use Warren-T unless you want to get financially screwed over!

*WARNING* Do not use them, they did not show up to our appointment and didn’t even call to tell us. The gentleman I set up my appointment with wouldn’t take my call, instead having another lady who tried to have excuses for him. She told me a completely different story than what he told me the day before when I had set my appointment up. DO NOT USE.

Had thes guys out to fix my leaky hose bib and they ruined a valve in the process which they never did come back to fix. They charged me $70 for mileage and $80 for labor for a 5 min job. They only had to drive 15 miles to get to the job.

The crew rearranged their schedule to respond to my blocked floor drain that was flooding my basement floor. They were very professional, and methodical. Ben and Mike were very personable, and explained each step of the process. They were neat and efficient, and had the sewer and basement drain back in full working order. Which was no small order as my home is nearly 40yrs old, the plumbing issues present a real challenge! I had used Warren-T before, but it had been more than a decade ago. I was SO relieved that they were still in business, and as good as ever! Best of all, when I received their bill, it was astonishingly reasonable!! I would not hesitate to call them again, [ I hope it's not for another decade] and I highly recommend them!!

We called the company about the same problem three different times and they did NOTHING. Beyond being unprofessional, each time they said something different was causing the problem. Our pipes had been backing up. The first time they said roots were growing into our pipes causing backup. We did everything advised. When we called the second time they said our dishwasher wasn't draining properly (something not even mentioned nor inspected the first time). The third time we called to have it scoped as advertised. They scheduled a day and said they would call when they were about to arrive. They did NOT come on the scheduled day nor notify us they weren't. When they finally showed up to scope our pipes one of the workers dropped his flashlight down the sewer pipe and then both plumbers left for an hour to get another after trying to fish the original out for over 30 minutes. On the same day one of the workers was solicitating a neighbors of ours for plumbing work. The same guy said it was our toliet's faults-we needed a new one with better water pressure. At the end of their third visit all they said was there's a blockage in our pipes. We tried talking to the company about a discount since our original problem was never fixed and Warren-T threatened if we did not pay the full amount they would pursue legal action. Warren-T is lucky they are one of the few plumbing businesses around. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. If I could I would give them 0 stars.
