I'm not from Kearney, my husband was in surgery at the moment with a spinal infusion. So I was not in the best of spirits. The lady monitoring the self-checkouts was very friendly, her name was Mary. We chatted the first time I was there and I had to come back for something I forgot, and she said to me, "you're back". I've worked in customer service for over 40 years, her remembering me and commenting on that, meant a lot. 🤗

Our shopping experience is always a good one. But when it comes to checking out! I absolutely dread the waiting lines because all they have is the stupid self check out. BRING BACK THE CASHIERS!

Don’t use their pickup service they drop the ball every single time. Scheduled a time with them then delayed at least 2 hours without notice until the pickup time. Don’t schedule appointments that you can’t service. PS, screw you for wasting my time.

It's Walmart. You should already know what you're getting into. Location is usually as stocked as you expect a Walmart to be. You'll probably find just over 90% of what you came for. Pharmacy staff is great. They care about their customers and do everything they can with the time and resources corporate allows them.

Absolutely the most horrible store ever. I will from now on not go in this store. My husband and I were in there tonight buying dog food I found the Clarence rack of clothes. They had swim suit for a $1 checked out and 4 out of the 6 pieces I got rang up for .03 Pennies ok that’s nice well the cashier came up had to verify that I bought the set ok cool well she then voided my 4 item and rang them up again all 4 piece rang up .03 again she then voided them and stood there for awhile. I was getting upset she then rang them up again they rang up .03 she voided them again then rang them up and put them in for $1. If they rang up for .03 you would have thought I would have gotten them for that price. And employee said those items that are .03 cents are suppose to be for donations. Well if that was the case why are they on the floor.

I normally go inside the store for shopping especially for produce to try and find the freshest ones. On Wednesday I simply didn't have time since I'm a college student and did an online order for some strawberries and other items. I just now and opening them up after putting them in my fridge and there's white mold on ones that are visible just from glancing at the box! I'm extremely upset because now I don't feel safe to eat any of the strawberries, so be warned when placing oine orders with this Walmart. Literally never had this problem before so super disappointed.

Scheduled pickup order for almost $400 worth of food between 8-9 PM next day (earliest they had). Received a message at 8 stating it was delayed. Waited until 9:15 no update. Called the local store and all grocery dept went home. Night manager had no idea. How disrespectful, unorganized, and inconsiderate. Worst customer service ever.

I liked this place the best when the front had the 3rd visual upgrade and I miss all those beautiful white tiles and brown tiles and the dark gray flat concrete and blue paint and the doors saying enter here under welcome and thank you and here next to exit and the big blue rectangle paint with the big Walmart sign and the yellow fan next to it and the right side saying home and pharmacy and the bright gray paint on the front doors

One of the best walmarts in the country perin the country. It has almost everything and a little more. For me it even has a lamb meat. Trucks can park on the outskirts the edges or in the back. It's far off the main highway but it's very well stocked and it's big with a lot of stuff.
