Terrible customer service. They told me they delivered my package to the wrong house and told me to go ask the address for it back. Told me multiple times they would be calling me back and never did. Tried and tried but all I got was the run around. Completely incompetent.

Great customer service. I had an issue with a package needing to get picked up and they had no problem helping me out early in the morning. I will definitely be using their services again.

Always friendly! Great with any questions & great with accuracy of deliveries & due dates! Always have & always will recommend UPS shipping! Guys are great with customer service & super friendly!
