The staff is very rude. I don't know if it was because I was from out of state or what. I had to deal with them twice and both times were the same rude staff.

Most times I go the staff is very rude. It typically doesn't even matter what the topic of my visit is. They speak to you very condescendingly and seem to not want to help you at all.

People are saying negative things but not everyone's a winner. All post offices are run differently. I think this one is ran just fine, I like it. I'd love a job there.

I had a near perfect experience going to this post office. The customer service was amazing, and I was in and out in minutes. As a small business owner, that is worth it's weight in gold.

Congrats, you have still "lost" 100% of the packages I have sent to/from your location. The first one was a $1000 money order for rent that took 90days to get a refund, and the second one was a signed title to a Corvette with tracking showing it got to you. Keep up the terrible work! Filing for a lost title now...

The staff was very rude when I needed to mail a package overseas. She was rude about it going to someone in the military, but not to an APO and tried telling me that I'd have to pay extra. I left very upset and went to the post office in another town instead where they mailed my package with no problem. Very poor service!

Have never had any bad experiences here. They even told me how to mail packages to my po box that UPS and FedEx refuse to deliver to the house and instead drop off at post office. This saves forwarding issues.

I’ve been mailing packages from here for 30years. Never had any issues. A package was missing once but the post master got things squared away easily even though it took time. I’m satisfied.

Parcel (International, US to UK) is late, very. Trying to track by calling USPS. IVR system took me three tries to get the same info as the online system, which is 6 days old information, and get's me no further tracking my package. Transferred to an agent, dropped line while waiting. Will try again later, hope to have better result. Only thing that worked first time in the call was the music selection (really?).
