No one there during open hours on the weekend. Sign on door says "By Appointment Only". Uhaul should not be allowing pick-ups if no one is there.

We were put in quite a pickle due to another location which is completely irrelevant to this one. Point of the matter is that Mike was very helpful he went out of his way to make sure that we needed the right trailer of the right size to fit our small vehicle that was hauling about 600 pounds across the nation to California. He was very professional very empathetic and very understanding of our situation God bless this gentleman right here he is the definition of customer service and a representation of what humanity should be, for us to help each other no matter the color of our skin and the origin of where we come from. Cheap compared to everywhere else. The guy Jim was really kind and helpful. It was a relief to not feel taken advantage of in a stressful time.
