We stopped by based on a search from cars.com and we were blown away by the ease and friendliness of the staff. Kellie made it painless and easy to trade in our vehicle and purchase a new one. We love our new vehicle and will remember Tim's Auto for future car shopping!

Thank you to Tim's auto! We purchased a Ford Edge with the help of Marty, after about 3 weeks or so it started having problems. We took it back, and on the third time Marty said we'll make this right for you. Marty's mechanic finally narrowed it down to the problem, and within a week had it in and fixed. Thank you Marty and Tim's auto for your follow through and solid work ethic.

I just purchased a truck from Tim and he demonstrated integrity from step one. In my process he offered me $8500 for my truck and then I went to Midway with hopes of getting more. They offered a dismal $4000 and falsely claimed that was fair market value. They manipulated KBB and that platform isn't used by most dealers due to its inaccuracy. I gladly informed them that I would be doing my business with Tim and I am very pleased with that experience. Love the truck I got from him.

Kelly at Tim’s auto was very personable and easy to talk to. No pressure or hassling. Told us upfront about the vehicle I was purchasing what other services it needed (oil change, high beam light replaced, etc). Made an appointment with them for that. Would definitely recommend!!!!

I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200S. It was clean and ran well. I bought it around tax time so you know they gave me a good deal. Tim himself worked with me to secure the loan with my bank. Sold me the car at a good price. I would give five stars but the AC in the car didn't work because it's a special type of freon. I assume this information was withheld from me. Even with that, I'm going to buy my next car from Tim. I feel the overall experience is a positive for the consumer.

Great service. Kellie was so helpful and professional. We got the car at a fair price. They have Garrett's do the service prior to putting them on the lot. Also put on tires or whatever is needed to make it the most safe for the driver.
