I do not recommend this store. Today I went to Thy's and got a pedicure and I walked out bleading when I got my pedicure they went up my toe nail I do not recommend they are so disrespectful

I went to go get my acrylics refilled and had the worst and most unprofessional experience in my life. I’m not the type to leave reviews but this was so bad that I felt the need to. The woman doing my nails filed my skin multiple times with both the little electric file and the regular nail file. She was using it to remove my cuticles rather than the proper clipping instrument, which she never used on me. I woke up this morning and almost all of my nails now have irritated skin and some even have scabs. Another thing is while she was buffing my nail, she was looking at her phone the entire time. She had her hear turned away from my nails the entire time and this resulted in even more pain. I will not be going back and I would not recommend going here.

I usually have a pretty good experience but this last time was not as pleasant. The last few times Hai D was very rough with my cuticles, and they are still sore days later. I also asked for a dark gray and got a deep purple. Also they have raised their prices drastically. Paid as much for a fill as I typically pay for a full set.

An incredible experience!! Hai D is truly talented at what she does! My nails are beautiful for my last year of prom and the experience was amazing. It was fast and the conversation was fantastic!

One of the ladies was way too rough with my cuticles, she buffed out my nails an scrapped my cuticles off, leaving open sores on two of my fingers. I got gel nail polish and a design and they charged way to much. Too expensive for the outcome.

Thy (Tee) is AMAZING! I I am so happy for her to have started her own business. She makes sure your experience is top notch! Can you say-free shoulder massage with your mani?? It's the best!!

Hai D did my nails and she put something on my nails and all of my finger felt like they were on fire. This has never happened before. Also she kept hitting my skin with the electric file and also the hand file. My hands are so sore and itchy that it hurts to drive and that’s what I do all day for work. My hands are so irritated they are actually peeling in some places. She also tried to talk me into more expensive nails and polishes and I refused to spend any more money there. I had intended on getting a pedicure but after that treatment and being diabetic there was no way I was letting her do a pedicure on me. This was my second time here the first wasn’t too bad but I won’t go back.

I rarely get my nails done, but when I do, I come here. My nails are absolutely beautiful and it was chisled to perfection. I am so thankful that they stayed past close to finish up my nails. Every time I come here I am never disappointed. Thank you so much for making my hands look amazing. Worth the money and worth the wait ♡
