Did a good job installing, but has been unresponsive to issues with the unit. Have tried reaching the owner by phone and in person for months and absolutely no response.

Thurston had a tech over to my home in under an hour and my air conditioning was back up and running in no time. I had called a couple different places who turned me down because I was not a previous customer. Who wants to go the weekend without air conditioning in 90 degree + weather?? They didn't even charge extra to pull the fried snake out of the unit! (Poor service tech!) Thank you Thurston heading & Air!

Our air conditioning has gone out once a summer for the last 2 years and they came out and fixed it within 24 hours. They are friendly and professional and did not pressure us to purchase a new unit even though ours is at the end of its life. I would highly recommend them for your heating and air needs.

I have called Thurstons many times asking multiple questions about my furnace and a/c over the last year. Every time they have been exceptionally friendly and have solved every question/concern that I have had. I highly recommend using them for all a/c or furnace needs. They are the best in my opinion!!

Had this company come out and clean my a/c coils in my furnace. And the guy was very nice but he said that it would be clean. Does this look clean to you? I have very bad allergies. So after they cleaned, I started having problems breathing because they didn't clean it all the way. So when our a/c turns on whatever was left in there is now blowing back into my home. So explain how this is clean?

watched technician play with wires in furnace then there was no power to it when I talked to them they say they didn't do it. will never deal with them again or suggest them
