Horrible! I got a water main to our house repaired by them and the pictures show the mess they left when they were done. Also left their cigarette butts on my driveway and charged me $350 more than the quote they gave me. Never again with these guys.

I wouldn't let these guys work on my dog house! They installed my new furnace and the first one was to big for the house so in the process of swapping out the second furnace they broke the coil so the ac leaked water into the furnace which intern fired the electronics. Tried to call them and they wouldn't return my calls. I've watched zach sit in the car and talk on his phone more than I've ever seen him work!

As a business owner, I have had Zach and his crew work on 2 locations for me and each time has gone above and beyond expectation! Not only did they deal with me changing my mind constantly, they talked with me step for step thru the process so I knew exactly how it would be set up. In September 2021 I bought a new water heater for my trailer house and had it installed by a local “plumber”. I live in Franklin and we don’t have a lot of home repair services, so I was glad he was available. This new water heater quit working roughly 30 days after installation. Called the manufacturer (Rheem/Richmond) and over 3 weeks they sent parts to get this going. Never could get it fixed. I was so frustrated I went out and bought another one, had the same “plumber” install. This new WH (#2) also went out about 30 days later. Had propane company come to check things out, because what are the chances I got 2 bad water heaters? Everything was fine in that area. After several calls to plumbers in Minden, Holdrege and Kearney…we found Stegeman Solutions. They found the reason why 2 new water heaters quit working. The “plumber” I hired/paid to install them failed to switch over the settings from natural gas to propane, plus a few other smaller things done incorrectly. It was December 30, 2021 when they found the problem, I bought the 3rd water heater that day and they installed it December 31, 2021 that evening, New Year’s Eve. I learned a lot through this experience. Facebook suggestions from local people shouldn’t be the only way to find services, but I was looking for a quick solution, and it cost me 2-3 times more. It’s January 1, 2022 and I have precious hot water, great way to start off the new year.
