Very rude! I called inquiring about what all they had around a certain price range. I was spoken to like a child, meaning that they thought I had no clue about vehicles. I was also rushed off the phone by them saying "I've got to go" while I was trying to talk to them about what cars they had. Also all I got for an answer was "I have a few in that range" but no details of what they were. When I asked what they had I just got the reply of "I have to go and let me know when you plan on coming by so I can be sure to be there." The call lasted one minute! It's not like I called when they were trying to close, I called around 3:30pm. That was not very professional in my opinion and very rude! I'm sure if you want customers you would not treat them like that. Definitely not giving them my business!

Do not buy a vehicle from this man. He sold out family a totalled vehicle for $4000. Then when that vehicle went to pot he sold us a truck that we can't even drive because the suspension is so worn out it feels like the wheels are going to fly out from underneath it when you drive it. He sold us another car that he swore his mechanic fixed it properly when the rack and pinion of this vehicle was held on by JB Weld. When the weld fell through guess what happened to the car? The brakes went out on it and my husband just about drove through a building trying to stop the car and our children and the both of us were in the car the night before the part broke on the car. Now we have one vehicle we are paying for that we can't even drive. Thankfully the other car works properly for now. This guy is a joke and I don't understand how he can sleep with a clean conscious at night knowing he sells vehicles that break down right away and are completely dangerous to drive. He definitely preys on people that can't afford to buy anything but a buy here pay here vehicle. Stay away from this guy. He's going to get someone killed doing what he's doing.

We went there looking for a car for my daughter and her husband. It was about closing time. We had one more lot to check so we did. Didn't find anything that we wanted. So we went back to Sierra Auto after hours and called the number on the card the staff came back and the kids bought a Dodge Durango for her husband instead. It was very nice of them to come back to help us out so the kids wouldn't have to drive 80 miles home then come back down in the morning. Thank you so much Sierra Auto Sales for going above and beyond. Thanks 😊😊😊 Went back to Sierra Auto Sales today looking for a pickup, Ruben did not have what I am looking for, but I will keep them in mind for the future. I really like that '52 Dodge pickup but my wife would not let me drive it if I did get it.lol

Looking for a S10 size pickup,. Doesn't have to be a S10. Sierra has lots of vehicles but when I was there the NEBRASKA game was on so I didn't get to talk to anybody. I plan on going back.
