Horrible customer service from the manager of all people. No professionalism at all. Would love to speak to someone above her but of course the only number they give you is a 1-800 customer service. Just buy your product from an actual professional!

For darn near the last 2 years y'all have been as unreliable as it gets. Different staff every time I go in, many are not knowledgeable but claim to be and have given bad advice and to top it all off the hours are never consistent. Tonight was the last straw. Online states open till 8:00 p.m., I drove from out of town they closed at 7:00. I'll be ordering online from another outlet from here on out-

I’m happy I can find some hair products in town instead of having to order online. Associates are helpful. Their generic hair products work great at a fraction of the cost. Appreciate that the associates wear masks and they take precautions. Dropping one star as they are out of many products and are not keeping them stocked.

I was unsure why the whole store smelled like cigarettes, until I talked to the manager. It smelled like she had been hot boxing cigarettes for the past hour and on top of that was super rude and was unable to give me any advice on what would work for my hair. I understand they are not hairstylist but I feel like they should be knowledgeable about some products. I was simply looking for a moisturizing shampoo.

Staff is untrained, & very unprofessional. I called wanting to put in an order and have it picked up. I have done this for years and never have used the app. The girl told me they didn’t allow over the phone orders. I said hmm that’s weird I have always done this and never used app. Then she said she had no idea how. When I asked her if she could ask someone for help, she said no , And hung up on me. Completely ridiculous for this place to even remain open if they can’t offer a simple service of calling in an order.

Today I visited Sally’s with my mom. I go there all the time and today in particular I didn’t have enough to cover my purchase . My mom forgot her wallet at home and the lady behind the counter (I don’t know if she is the manager but I’m about positive she is) paid $25 of her own money to cover my items. She didn’t have to do that and when I got into the car I cried bc like everyone else I’m a working person doing my best to make it and that small act of kindness made my whole week. That manager deserves AT LEAST a raise. She’s an angel.
