Red Lobster

We have not ate at The Kearney, Ne Red Lobster in years until last night. We will definitely be back soon due to the exceptional service we received. Everyone we encountered greeted us with a smile and were very accommodating. Our server Alexander W. provided the perfect amount of service. He was not there too much but there enough. Truly a great experience for the times we are in.

Not good service or food. This was my first experience with this chain but I won't try it again.

It was my birthday so I was so excited to go to eat out the food was all excited so was not happy.

Not the best seafood I've ever had, but the best you can get in Kearney. Always consistent and the service is good. Salads are not full of weeds (one of the last places in town thank goodness) and the sauces and preparation choices are always delicious.

Living in the middle of Nebraska, Red Lobster is one of the best choices for seafood and I have eaten at this location multiple times and always found the food to be fresh and the service has always been great. I know it doesn't compare to a seafood place along the coast, but it's still great to have when you love seafood. Since my last time there we ordered pickup delivery and it was an easy process. We even got endless shrimp which gives you two shrimp orders and two refills. It was good and a good value.

It wasn't busy when we first got there, it took awhile before our waiter or anyone greeted us. Finally the waiter appeared took our drink and appetizers order,calamari came it was under cooked no mussels no bread for 25 minutes. Mussels finally came they were good dinner came 1 lobster under cooked 1 lobster over cooked, waiter apologize several times did I say anything no just wanted to get out of there.

The food was wonderful, the waitress was quick and checked on us often. We were there the 23rd of December around 2:30-3:45, not the busiest time, but she didn't hover and didn't ignore. She was great! We don't go through Kearney often, but when we do... Red Lobster will be out lunch or supper stop. Happy New Year! C. League

Finally decided to call in and try it. The overall appearance of the restaurant was inviting. The staff were well presented, professional and knowledgeable of the menu. Whilst the lobster 🦞 was slightly over cooked the meal was delicious, promptly served and well presented Enjoyed my visit, thanks 🇦🇺

The service was excellent, but the food was just ok. We didn't like the coating on the shrimp and scallops. It used to be better tasting and cheaper!

Wonderful atmosphere and great service. I had fun cracking open the crab legs after not being able to enjoy them during C19.
