Good price for room. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was just right for good nights sleep. Breakfast is the reason to stay here, fresh omelets made fresh along with waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit. Attempt to stay here whenever passing thru Kearney.

Let me start off by saying, there have been places I've decided to not stay at due to safety/cleanliness, this is not that place. It could be an excellent place but is definitely run down. The area is the basic hotel area for Kearney, right off the interstate, easy access to 2nd Ave. However, the sofa had a cigarette burn/hole in it, our first floor window did not lock, nor did it have a screen (definitely big enough for most humans to climb through), and neither my friend or I felt comfortable taking a shower in the bathroom provided. Additionally, I have heard great things about the omelettes and I'm sure they are great, but the rest of the breakfast was cold or not there by 7:30 am. If you're looking for maybe a bit more peace of mind and comfortable spend the extra $10+ for another hotel in Kearney. After taxes the room was about $90 per night.

For the price it is a great hotel. You can't expect the Ritz for the price you're paying. But with that being said I have not had a problem when staying here. I have stayed here multiple times and each time the rooms were clean, everything worked, the pool was nice and the bar inside was amazing. The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had. I always stay here when going the kearney and I love it. The price is great and the service is too.

The room was awful. One of the queen beds was broken. The fire alarm was hanging off the wall. The shower curtain wouldn't stay on the rod so it flooded bathroom. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. We had to get our key reprogrammed 3 times. And 1 still didn't work.they advertised a bar pool and hot tub. The bar had been closed for a year. The hot tub was shut down due to not meeting code. And the pool was freezing. Only good time we got for 130.00 was breakfast. Will not stay again.

Looks scary on the outside. My room was clean, fresh and super comfy. A nice chef prepping omelets for breakfast. Pool looked clean. It is a big property that needs some more work - but the price was great for the room and breakfast.

It was an awesome outing, we were expecting bad weather so not too many people were here! The girls had the pool all to themselves! Very clean room, right by pool! Amazing fresh cooked omelettes to order! Many options for breakfast especially for limited guests! Friendly staff! Highly recommend, older hotel but it brought back many great memories!

Our stay here was nice, with no issues of safety or cleanliness. The hotel itself is nice, and the staff were all very kind, especially those at the included breakfast making tasty omelettes! The pool area was also pretty cool with a 'treetop' bar that is open late (was pretty darn cool). Unfortunately, 4 stars is required because the hotel is a bit older and they seem to have not kept up on all maintenance required (though there was no cleaninliness issues to speak of). Our shower was quite the sight to behold compared to the rest of the hotel. The ceiling has rusted out due to humidity with no fan and water spraying out from the shower head, and our shower was clogged when we took one and I'm not really sure whether it was draining at all. I did report this to the hotel and they seem to be on top of it, but maybe check for issues like this when you arrive at your room. The hot tub was also closed in February 2022 by the Nebraska department of health and safety... Don't know the story there but don't expect to use the hot tub.

Price is good, especially with the great breakfast they have. However, hotel is a little dated, our heater didn’t work and no extra blankets in the room. Not to mention there was no remote for the TV in the room. The breakfast saved this place but they should consider to go boxes or plates, not everyone has time to do a sit down breakfast in the morning.

Definitely rundown! Does not live up to the pics they post. Affordable for a quick stay if your on long road trip and need rest, but the rooms are smelly and pretty dirty. Strong smell of bleach almost overwhelming when we 1st entered the room. The parking lot was in need of new asphalt. In the stairway an old mattress was rested on the wall. The shower head was ancient. The icemachine Definitely in need of a good cleaning and maintenance. When brown ice comes out and there's stains on the machine that's a sure sign to tell ya to get your ice from the gas station or somewhere else. The room itself just needs some updates and remodeling. There was damaged doors, walls, one of the beds had a huge dip in it, etc that just shows the place needs remodeling and better care. Like I said if your dead tired and need a place to crash it's OK, but the rooms Definitely need some tender care. I will say this though their continental breakfast was on point!! Good selection, great, friendly service by the guy making the omelets. The breakfast does make up for the room...a Lil bit.

First off the room was mostly clean and comfortable. The rooms are old, our curtains wouldn't fully shut and we didn't get the accessible room we reserved so my partner was not able to shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool is closed due to "too high of chlorine levels" which was fine but made the entire "fun dome" feel incredibly eerie as it was entirely silent. The low number of guests certainly contributed to a more spooky vibe, as did parking all the way in the back. But vibes aside, it was just fine! Just weird that there were no accessible rooms available with so few guests. This was just a place to stop on a long drive and it served its purpose. I think its price reflects its current state. Worth the stay if you know what you're getting. Lots of restaurants nearby but the nearest pharmacy was a bit of over a mile and a half.
