Quality Inn and Conference Center I-80 Grand Island

People are very friendly, but it would be nice to have more notice that on stays of more than a night, they don't automatically change out towels. Very quiet rooms, and excellent breakfast. We would stay here again.

Staff is friendly and professional. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Everything works. No surprises. Check out was a breeze. We'll be back.

The hotel was nice. Not fancy nothing special but not bad at all. I’ve paid the same price for nicer hotels

We stayed for the weekend as a family of 4 with two young kids. Rooms were comfortable and reasonably clean.The bathroom was rather a tight fit but had a vanity outside which made it a bit easier for morning and evening routines. The first iron in our room didnt work well so my husband requested another one. They were very polite, super qui k, and even called a little while after to make sure the second iron was OK. It is a bit older and could use some updating. The beds and pillows were nice and comfy. Not super flat or too hard or soft. Just nice middle ground bedding which is great for us. Our specific wing smelled like old smoke/weed whereas some of the others we went through did not. You could tell it most likely used to be the smoking wing. It's a rather large hotel and their were multiple wings which got confusing at times. It has a pool and a hottub. The pool was COLD and the hottub was OK. The kids had a blast. They did have towels in the pool area which was a huge plus. The breakfast was great. They had a buffet with coffee and juices, FRESH eggs, sausage, pancakes cereals etc. They were attentive and quick to refill. The dinning area was nice too. We choose this hotel because it was reasonably priced, reasonably well rated, and kind of on the outskirts of town closest to the highways which was good for our trip this time. I would recommend and return.

Went to an event here that had a group rate. First they screwed up the days of my reservation. THEN they double billed my account. THEN took DAYS to get my money back. Rooms were clean and spacious and the staff wasn't rude, just... incompetent? They were nice and all but not very good at solving the problems.

Stayed a night here with my boyfriend and dog, rooms were great in size with couch, bathrooms are a bit small but very nice regardless. Breakfast was good, had some biscuits and gravy and some cut up sausage.. Pool and hot tub was amazing, close to the interstate and Grand Island but not too close, it was definitely quiet and nice, would stay here again

Pretty gross, stayed here with my dad on 07/06/2022. Got here and it smelt like formaldehyde, the room smelt even stronger of it. The lady at the front desk gave us bad energy. Then when we went in the room it was just filthy, the pictures make it look newer and well lit, but it was dark and old, dirty, had bugs and a slimy tub too. Not worth the price at all, the only okay thing was the breakfast, it was normal hotel breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you enjoy wasting your money.

Beds were firm and comfortable (spring mattress) rooms were very clean, service was great! Nice size room, too!
