Quality Inn

This was my third stay at this motel..very dis appointed with the place. Door to the room was warped and hard to open or close… Bath tub/ shower drain clogged …took shower in above ankle deep water… Toilet slow to flush and needed plunged… Musty smell from AC unit… Room phone didn’t even work… Pool closed..desk clerk said she was far to busy to take the skimmer out of pool so the kids cold swim in the pool… Breakfast was a disappointment as poorly stocked and coffee pot not working properly …

Customer Service was outstanding.

Good room with cleanliness and allowing out family pet. Note that there was no table and chairs to eat our meal in our room. Even though there was a very large room with plenty of space for it

Staff was nice, had my small dog. The room was stinky. Black hair on bed sheet- office said “cleaning lady has black hair” . Bathroom floor appeared dirty and shower was very aged. I was just tired after driving 700 miles. Bright side- Beds were very comfortable so got a good nights sleep.

We stayed here twice on our September vacation, outbound and inbound for our main destination. Both of our rooms were spacious and comfortable. Mattresses were ok; bed linens were soft and lots of pillows were provided. Freezers on the mini fridges no longer have doors, so items on the top shelf of the fridge section tend to freeze too. Microwave worked fine. Bathrooms need some attention. Shower curtains are too short for a curved rod; they barely reach the inside of the tub and slip out if someone opens the door and pressure changes. Caulking needs to be replaced on each section of the tub surround in room 110. Flooring shows discoloration of grout between floor tiles; looks like it's just a quick mop that reaches the tiles and not the grout. Time for a deep clean. Pets are welcome. The best grassy areas are near the building, but there are other spaces close to the bike/hike paved paths. Another dog got a prickly bur in its paw from those outer areas, so use with caution. The area is far enough from the interstate that it's fairly quiet ~ not much noticeable traffic noise. Breakfast options are very slim. Waffle maker was the "hot" choice both times we visited. And pastries were limited to muffins and rolls in plastic packaging; no fresh breads. Muffins were ok, but the cinnamon rolls were stale even in the package. Coffee was just basic coffee, nothing medium or dark in terms of roast. The second time we visited the fridge on the breakfast area wouldn't fully close its door (the lock mechanism prevented it). So a little concerned about chill loss, especially for the 2 containers of milk. Staff is friendly and helpful, which counts for alot!

Everything was disappointing. No way to take a bath, the pool was cold and small. The gym is a joke, there's not even a bench to do bench presses. The TV in the room was small and disappointing, I paid a lot of money for this hotel room and I expected much more. Amenities could have been much better.

Not the most abundant lighting in parking areas and surroundings. Pet friendly rooms are very clean, with friendly staff. Showing its age with fit/finish items in the room, doors, fittings. Overall rather happy with Kearney Quality Inn.

After we arrived in the room, we were welcomed by the musky odor from the aircon. The phone Doesn't work in the room. The bathroom door handle is broken. We will not come back to this hotel. It's garbage. The vending machine in the hotel has barely any products. Don't ever come here.

From the moment I checked in the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Tiffany was just absolutely awesome and went above and beyond my expectations. Tiffany allowed me to have an extended late check out which was very much needed and so …

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were disappointed with the cleanliness and need of repairs in the rooms, hallways and stairwells. Unfortunately, we needed to change rooms twice due to significant cleanliness issues, but the front desk woman was very helpful and accommodating. Slept well, pet friendly. The Margaritas restaurant next door was great!
