Was not impressed. Wanted regular acrylic with shellac on top, the guy did not listen and did dipping powdered instead, I told him that’s not what I wanted and he didn’t listen. I live out of town and got home and noticed my nails were a mess. I wanted a refund and he would not let me get one nor would he fix them.

This was the worst pedicure I ever got. I first told her I wanted the $36 one which is number 2. She misunderstood and thought I said number 4 the $39 one. She finally figured out I wanted the number 2 after she was told three times. Then she proceeded to give me my pedicure and the number 2 had a sugar scrub and paraffin wax with it and she didn’t do that and started painting my toe nails. I asked her if I’m getting the paraffin wax and the sugar scrub she said oh I thought you were getting a $26 one and I said no the $36 one. She said oh I’m sorry so she wiped off the polish and continued to do the paraffin wax and the sugar scrub. Then when she did the sugar scrub she scrubbed my left leg so hard that she actually peeled the skin off my leg. So after that when she was rinsing my leg I pulled my leg away because it stung. I noticed when I was looking at where it stung it look like there was some skin off but I wasn’t sure until it completely dried and there is three spots where she scrubed so hard it did peel the skin off. When she was finally done. She was talking with her other coworkers that she was glad that I was her last client so that she could leave as they had to stay longer. So I guess that’s why my pedicure was rushed. After my toe nails were finally dry I went to put on my sandals well she didn’t move my leather sandals. So when I went to put them on they had water all over them and sugar scrub so I asked her if she could get me a towel so I could wipe them off. Also the backs of my legs still had lots of sugar scrub on of them. This was the worst pedicure experience I have ever had and I will not ever go back there again and I will never recommend them for pedicures to anyone. The only reason I gave them one star is because the girl that gave me the pedicure was very nice.

The actual pedicure was really nice they did a good job of massaging and all. But then when it came around to the manicure they did a really crummy job. They didn’t do much on my nails, they just dremelled (when there was no nail polish) and then started to paint and got most of the paint onto my actual skin and not the nail. They lasted like four days. My friend who also got hers done had her nail color last a long time but soon her nails started to break very low as if dremelling them made them weaker. Over all was not happy with the nail salon

Went in this Friday evening to get my nails done. The service was awful the man doing my nails was extremely rude. His grip was extremely hard on my hands multiple times the tools slipped and hurt my fingers. I showed him a photo of the style of nail would like. It was a pink to white ombre nail. He simply put a white tip on my nail and filled the bottom with pink acrylic and said done. No blending, no ombré at all. When I asked him if he was going to blend it and showed him the photo again he argued and said that was not the photo I showed him to start with. I said they looked unfinished and asked if he could at least paint them with a different color since he couldn’t do what I requested to one start with. So he painted them teal Per my request. The paint is uneven and does not cover parts of the nail the tips are not wrapped you can see lots of paint already chipping off it’s only been an hour since I had them done. When we went to pay he said he was charging us for extra long nails and it would be $50. When I Protested that this was not worth $50 it was not done well and it was not what I asked for and I was hurt in the process he said he would take $10 off we could pay 40 or he would just take the nails off of my fingers. I have photos this is absolutely not 50 or $40 worth of work. I will not Be returning and I suggest you don’t go either.

My nails are cracking and it hasn't been a week yet. They hurt so bad for the first three day. Durning the service my nail tech forgot a nail and had to go back after putting everything away. My nail design was a simple B and they are messy and uneven. This is also not the first time they have messed up on my nails.

A few days ago, pro nails introduced me to the technique of “dipping.” I absolutely cannot stop looking at my nails! They are so light and not too thick. They are suppose to last 2–4 weeks longer then regular acrylic. My nails look amazing and the process was so satisfying!

Although I had read the poor reviews- I decided I would give Pro Nails a fair chance and decide for myself. The staff was friendly enough when I went, however for the service I received it was incredibly overpriced. The most expensive set of nails I have ever paid for in fact, and the least professional looking. They could be a lot worse, but for $45 I would expect a lot more. I also went in and asked for a traditional full set of acrylics. They did not trim my cuticles or anything like that(every other time I’ve had my nails done they have trimmed and cleaned up my nails before starting.) The technician then proceeded to do dip nails(?) which I had never received before, and didn’t ask for which I am assuming is why they charged so much. If you do decide to go here be sure to specify what you want and don’t let them choose anything for you because they will find ways to over charge you. The sign is also inaccurate with their prices as I was expecting a $25 set, and the technician mentioned the sets START at $35 and go up from there which is not mentioned anywhere on their list of services. Overall I am disappointed I spent so much money on nails that don’t look all that great. 😕

The male that did my pedicure did a really lousy job. Didn't do cuticles at all. Just touched each toe with the cuticle pusher and didn't even actually use the tool. When he was done I had nail polish all over the cuticles and outside the nails. I have been to pro nails in grand island and had great results but would not recommend the one in Kearney.

The male tech that did my nails was very rude, I asked him to do short coffin he reply with I have done that and that does not look good, I said “that’s what I want” but I said in my mind never mine. I got my nails done Sat 7/31/2021 and today is 8/3/2021 and look at my nails they look horrible. I didn’t want to him to correct because he made me feel very uncomfortable. Being that I am a nice person I even gave him tip but it hurt me to pay $50 to someone that didn’t deserve it. Would never go back, save you money please this place is not good I still can’t believe they are inside a mall.

I will never ever come here again. The lady was really nice but I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and she tried to argue with me, along with the younger girl that works there, that my pinky nail is supposed to be a lot longer than my thumb because each nail is the same length. Seriously? Because of that, all my nails had to be short. Whatever I'll live with it. Then each nail is so unbelievably thick and uneven, every nail looks different, and almost every corner is messed up. I should've not paid or demanded a refund. Day two: Every finger is on fire due to all the tiny little cuts on my cuticles. I can't even justify spending another $40 to get them fixed before my honeymoon.
