This is the best place to buy your vehicle. No pressure, no hassle. Seth was amazing about helping me find a vehicle to fit my family needs. Had to downsize a little due to gas prices and needed something more fuel efficient. He helped me and made sure that I found what I was looking for. The whole team there is incredible and I highly recommend them.

Had to have some warranty work done on my diesel engine. After 18 months they still could not figure out a solution to the problem, so they told me they would no longer work with me on the engine. I had to go to another ford company to get the issue fixed. Rather than find a solution to the problem they just kicked me and my issues out the door. Yes, the other ford company fixed my issues.

DON’T buy a car from PlatteValley. I dealt with irishbrian. They will screw you over! I bought a car from them back in November of last year and it’s been in the shop 3 times since and I still haven’t gotten it back because apparently it needs a new motor and I keep getting the run around. If you want to waste your money go for it. I had to finally pick my car up and take it somewhere else.

Best of Kearney for a reason. Less than 2 days from not knowing where to start to pulling off the lot with a new vehicle. The salesman, Jordan, didn't push anything and made the process quick and smooth. Most important though, the pricing was reasonable on the vehicles I looked at and especially the one I choose.

So thankful for Travis! I had a very unique situation as I had issues with another dealership several states away and needed help. He spend so much of his time fixing all my issues call me and the other dealership KNOWING that he wouldn’t get paid as the other dealership technically made the sale. He kept me in the loop, was 100% open and honest about all policies and again did everything knowing he wouldn’t make a dime. I have never been so blown away with a company.

Terrible service department, worked with Scott. He charged me $600 and didn't even fix the issue. $200 dollar part and $400 in labor. Asked for the tech to talk to him he was still driving to work at 8am. Asked to talk to the store manager and he was supposedly out sick, couldn't even get the managers card. removed the new part and replaced it with the old and took it back to them to get a refund. It took me a total of 20 minutes to do while Platte Valley charged me 2.5 hours. To bad its the only Ford dealer in town, will never take my vehicles there again.

We are so grateful to the gal at the service counter and Kelvin in their quick response to our just showing up at the dealership service desk when we were on our way home to Wisconsin today and ended up with a radiator problem. The desk gal kindly informed me they were two mechanics short today, but then went right in to ask someone to look at the truck. Kelvin came out with a smile on his face and crawled right up in and under to search for the problem. Lots of fluid every where made it hard to tell. Eric is a genius! Not only did he quickly find the problem, but was so creative in fixing it, since the broken part was not one normally kept in stock! He also was so kind in answering several other questions we had after driving in the mountains for the first time with this vehicle. He went above and beyond to help us on a late Friday afternoon! We highly recommend this company for the quality service provided in a moments notice!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Nothing but professionalism and sincerity while I was here. Travis went above in beyond to make sure that my kids and myself were in a safe and trustworthy vehicle! He had its oil changed and everything looked at before I drove it off the lot and he is currently looking for a replacement knob for the driver's side door lock! 10/10 would recommend every time!!!
