Pizza Hut

There seem to been very little toppings on my pizza. I have ordered from this pizza hut before and you could see the toppings on all the pieces. Several of the pieces on my large thin & crispy had few toppings.

When I called in my order I couldn't understand the woman on the phone taking my order. The pasta was very good.

We have not ordered Pizza Hut for a long time. The one by our house closed and we wanted to give this location a try. We were bothered the pizzas were dried out and the beef was way over done. we love thin and crispy and why we order from Pizza hut but have not had this problem. On a good note, the website was easy to place order and pizza was ready on time. just sorry the pizza itself was not very good.

Every time I try to redeem my rewards points, the website only allows me to redeem for breadsticks and nothing else even with plenty of points. This is a consistent problem. Not sure if stores can refuse to allow points redemption or if this is an internal error?

I called this location and made an order and said I wanted it by 12:15. I show up, all the doors were locked. I called them again and the person that answered the phone said they would transfer me and the phone just rang. Got no one on the phone. I wish I could give this a zero star rating

Ordered 4 pizzas total, 3 were made the way we ordered. The fourth was not. We had ordered a pizza with ham, pepperoni, and pineapple but it had no pineapple at all, instead it had bacon. Not a huge deal but it just was not made the way we ordered.

Over priced small portions dry tasteless pasta and cardboard pizza will never order from Pizza Hut again.

Ordering on the internet was not all that easy to do. The pizzas themselves LACKED A LOT OF FLAVOR!!! The crust just fell apart like a flaky biscuit. The crust also didn't have much flavor either. We won't be ordering from pizza hut anymore!!!

Easy to order online. Waited in drive through 5 minutes, no one came. Parked and walked to the front door - it was locked, saw employees inside. Was ignored. Ended up walking through the drive through. Waited another 2-3 minutes. Employee said they were short staffed. Gave minimum interaction. Food was decent.

Pizza was undercooked, cookie was overcooked. Tried to leave survey, no survey number on receipt. Called store, employee said there was nothing she could do about it. When I asked for a manager, she hung up on me. Called back and got a manager. She verified there was no survey number on my receipt. She had no answers. This was my 5th call—other calls either ended up being dropped or sent to India for customer service. You CANNOT make this stuff up!
