Disappointed to say the least. Ordered the everything omelet and hashbrowns. The hashbrows were so hard and dried out they stabbed the inside of my mouth. (Inedible) there was something in my omelet that was not good. Tasted moldy, but I couldn't pin point it. My sisters eggs were cold. Told the cashier when we went to pay and she gave me a 10% discount instead of comping the my entire meal! I ate 2 bites of each thing. It would be one thing if I simply didn't like it, but it was disgusting! The only reason I gave the extra star was because our waitress did a good job. Never again!

We had to wait an hour for our food, after the host told us it would only be 15 minutes. I got the runniest eggs I’ve ever ordered from a chain restaurant. Not worth 17 dollars!! Waste of my time and money. I feel bad for the waitress.

We appreciated the staff letting us know it would be 45 min or more till we got served. They had ONE cook & a huge party of 30 ahead of us. We went somewhere else for that meal, but made sure we ate there for other ones!

I can’t believe how long it took to get or food. We where there 2 hours. It took over a hour and half to get our food. we sat down and ordered 15 min before this 8 top and they got there food before us a table of 3. Every time I come to this restaurant it’s been the same the time before today we got up and left. I wish we would of done that today. We had to complain today and they had all kinds of excuses. The food was cold and over cooked. I would not recommend this place ever!!

One host tells me it's a 10 min wait for a table another said it will be a while before before I could be seated. There were a few people in there but it wasn't slammed. I'll dine else where. Plenty of good restaurants in the neighborhood.

Was there about 2 weeks ago, lots of people waiting in the foyer area. They had signs posted that only about half of their grills were operational, no biggie. Waited for close to 20 minutes without being seated, when there were plenty of open tables to be seated at. Kicker was, you had to write your own name down on a list with how many in your party. But oh, there was a waitress/hostess that would come every so often to make sure people paid for a pie or two rather than seat the people waiting

Came on here on a Sunday afternoon right after church. Place gets very busy, I think the management is very poor, staff is all over the place. Not a team work environment. Very slow and not to much urgency in waiting people. Most of the servers are older and take there time. I waited a hour for my food to get to my table making my wait time almost 2 hours. Like I said very relaxed staff. Don’t have a urgency on serving, just another day on a busy Sunday. Food is ok, cold when it came out, some of it was over cooked. Not to great. I can make better food at home to be honest. Overall it was a bad experience. It’s been getting worse over the months now that more and more people are coming out to eat.

Our mid-afternoon visit here was a delight. Cheerful waitress, perfectly cooked order, delicious lemon meringue pie to take home and it was all priced right. Clean parking lot, entryway and bathroom too!

Chicken fried steak was not fresh made, but frozen. Little skimpy on the gravy. We had a 45min wait to get a table .. I'm sure that was bc of not enough staff. But we had our food in record time once we were seated. Our waiter was fabulous.

We stopped here for a quick meal on a road trip. We didn't have a wait, and the staff was nice. It seemed like we were on an off night. It was very understaffed and took a bit to get our food. Our waiter forgot to get waters until reminded and didn't get refills of our drinks. A sheriff stopped by while we were eating and spoke to the manager. The vibe was just off. Everyone was really nice.
