Panda Express

This chain really struggles to anticipate the needs of their customers. They are often painfully slow, out of many ingredients (which due to supply chain issues may not entirely be their fault), and they consistently fail to properly cook their rice. I’m sorry, but rice is supposed to be one of your main things, and 8/10 times when I go it is crunchy and way undercooked. Crunchy!!! This could be a pretty good little franchise if they would put just a little more love and effort into the food. It’s really disappointing that you’re paying the amount you are for the quality you are receiving. Bummer.

The employees are already so friendly & helpful. One of my favorite places to eat at in Kearney.

Staff closed early and wouldn’t let us in, even though it was before the closing time. Would not recommend- pour staff and training. Spend your dollars elsewhere.

So, in my youth I worked in many restaurants. Yes the food got boring and mundane from time to time but THIS happened today. I have been to Panda Express and never been impressed. PLEASE will someone tell me how I'm supposed to feel about their food, when their own employees order in food from a different restaurant and eat it RIGHT inside the front door.

Was very disappointed in the food. I generally really enjoy PE but will likely not revisit this particular restaurant in the future.

The food is very good Chinese inspired. The inside service is very good. The drive through is horrible. They almost always need my order up. Simple orders. I was asked to wait in the parking lot for a few minutes because they were out of something but would have it or to me in a few minutes. It took over an hour and a half. I went in after 20 minutes and they said they would bring it right out. I called after another 20 minutes, they said skeins was bringing it out. Just pathetic. The inside is 5 stars. Drive through is a 1 because there is nothing lower. Giving 4 stars because I really like Panda, but I wish the drive-through was an option.

They are out of literally half the items on their menu almost every time I come here. The manager needs to take a course in restaurant logistics. Don’t waste your time here if you actually want to get what you want to eat.

I was going to dine in but it felt colder inside than out! Turns out the heater is broken and they have been waiting a month for the part. But all the employees working had smiles in their faces, were respectful, and just kept at it....freezing! You all ROCK. Most employees would have called it but you all took inside freezing temperature in stride. I hope you all enjoyed the hot chocolate and cookies. Doesn't make up for your working conditions, but thank you for your dedication 👑

Ordered for pickup. It was ready but once I got it home opened up the packages it was either really old and dried out or not finished. Orange chicken is supposed to have sauce on it there was no orange sauce at all and extremely tasteless. The fried rice was the same it was partially undo with crunchy rice pieces in it and missing the soy sauce that's supposed to be in it. I also got a small chicken teriyaki. The sauce came in a packet. The chicken I bought for my dog so he's the only one who enjoyed that meal. But I will not be returning to this Panda Express. I've been to others frequently enough to know this one needs a new cook ASAP because this was really horrible!!

A family favorite of ours! Always good food & friendly service. They always have steady business, but it's a short wait. 2 entrees & either fried rice or noodles was I think $9.60. A good value for the servings. I love their unsweetened fruit tea. My only complaint was the women's bathroom had a broken lock & the floor was super greasy- you could slide around. Management please fix 😄
