The guys are great and quick to assist you. If they don't have your part they will order it or find out who has it and send you there for it if you can't wait for it to arrive. Even if it means going to their competitors as long as it makes the customer happy they are all about it!

Friendly, knowledgeable service which made for a great parts run yesterday. It got busy after I got there but they kept communication up with the customers that were waiting, which is great to see and hear, especially now a days.

Always a first stop. Most times they have what I need. Staff is usually very friendly and overly helpful. Which is really good unless you happen to be in a big hurry. I just plan accordingly. Most if these folks are mechanic types. Not people worker types. Every once in awhile it shows.

Very helpful folks. If they don't know the answer to your question, they will find someone who does. I proceed with caution, though, as some sales associates may be more commission oriented than others.

Phenomenal customer service! My battery was tested for free and replaced within 10 minutes and was told to wait inside so I didn't have to stand in the cold! I was very impressed especially after having terrible customer service from Advanced Auto Parts! Only thing I wish I would've done differently is gone to O'reily first! Thanks again for your help O'reily!
