I’ve used Old Town Storage to pick up a Uhaul twice and drop off once. This facility is very accommodating and the employees are super friendly. It almost makes me disappointed that I don’t need to rent a Uhaul more often. Jim was very helpful and made sure I understood everything I needed to about my rental. I had an issue with the trailer and he made it right. This company gives you their personal phone numbers when they are not in the office and are super accommodating when it comes to setting up an appointment time. It’s helpful that they give you a call the day before your rental pick up and drop off to make sure the time still works. I haven’t used them for storage needs yet, but highly recommend them for Uhaul services. Super friendly people. Thank you!
