New Victorian Inn & Suites - Kearney

It was clean but dated. The room smelled musty and there was definitely a smoky smell and they advertised nonsmoking rooms throughout the hotel. We hate smoke and have allergies.

Great price, clean and comfy rooms. Staff are very friendly. Coffee and cookies available 24/7 in the lobby. Free breakfast with several options. Convenient location. Enjoyed our stay despite being stranded in Kearny due to vehicle problems.

The room was clean but smelled like stale smoke. Breakfast was good with waffles, cereal, Danish, muffins and yogurt. The beds were ok. The front desk was ok.

Arrived late for a quick stay on our way through Nebraska. With the front desk being open 24h, the 11pm check-in was smooth. The inside of the hotel looks to be under some light remodeling (missing hallway trim)...not sure how long that's been going on. For the price, the room was comfortable. A clean room with clean sheets is really all we were looking for...check! Only real complaint is that, while the AC worked to keep the room cool, and it's fan provided adequate background noise, the room felt clammy...pleasantly cold but also clammy. The continental breakfast had biscuits and gravy! ...even though it was gravy from a can (still tasty!), I'd give this place a 4.25 for having more than just cold cereal and fruit! Overall a welcome place to stop...will definitely keep this place in mind next time we are passing through and need a place to crash.

If all you need is a clean, safe, quiet, and easy to get to place to stay for a night then this is a great choice. The best thing about this place is their pet policy. They accept pets for a very small amount more. The beds are good, the showers are strong, and the breakfast is ok. I have stayed here twice now and have yet to find a problem with the place for the price.

This hotel was nice. The facilities were clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom in my room smelled a little, well, like a bathroom when I arrived, but nothing to cry about. Perhaps installing a constant air freshener in the bathrooms would help with this issue? Other than that, I had a nice stay.

We got in at 2 a.m. quick check in. Just what we needed when we wanted to be in bed. Rooms were decent sized. Beds were comfortable. My husband was extra impressed because he didn't wake up with his back hurting, which he normally does. Breakfast was a nice selection and well stocked. Biscuits and gravy was pretty exciting. The dining room was large with lots of seating, although at the time we were the only ones in there. We were really happy that breakfast was served later than other places and check out wasn't until noon. It was so prefect for us as our stop over while moving and getting in so late.

As an over the road trucker I break down from time to time and need to stay at hotels. This is nice and cozy place other than the squeaky bed and awkward lay out i would stay here again. Staff was very friendly!

First time here, overall a great stay. Room was very clean *even for a smokers room*. Bed was comfy, staff very friendly and polite. Only down fall is no elevator but that isn't a problem for me. Will be staying here again in a week on my way home. Location was easy to get to / find with a good amount of restaurants near by.
