I have recently moved back from Phoenix, and had severe sticker shock when I picked up my dry cleaning! Four shirts and two pairs of pants cost $35.00! Where I came from it would have been about half that. The clothes were cleaned and pressed very well, but the outrageous cost was shocking!

Always very nice, I take my dry cleaning here monthly and have never been anything but happy with how my clothes turn out. I trust them with all of my nicest pieces

Took my wedding dress in only 4 days before our wedding this past April and didn't hesitate even on short notice. Did a great job with no wrinkles on my dress. Definitely recommend!

I checked in clothes on Friday and was told they would be done Wednesday. They were not done Wednesday when I stopped. The owner was extremely snarky, condescending, and rude, blamed employees for the mistake when he was the one I spoke with when the clothes were dropped off, never apologized and did not offer any resolutions. Terrible customer service and I would not recommend this business solely based on the owner's lack of professionalism and common courtesy.

I would definitely not recommend this place. The guy was extremely rude when I took my winter coat in to be cleaned. He very rudely told me that I needed to stop wearing a fuzzy scarf and that this would be a difficult project. He told me it would take several weeks and was slightly annoyed that I brought the coat in. I left the coat but returned within a few minutes to pick up the coat and go somewhere else. He asked why and I told him that he was extremely rude. For a small business, he needs to work on his customer service skills. He tried to explain how busy he was but that is not my problem. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT go there!

I have to agree with others about the rudeness of who I assume is the owner. Doesn’t seem to want business. I’ve been here numerous times with one or two items including a winter coat and each time treated rudely by him (not any other employee or helper). Not friendly and does say thank you or even hello. No acknowledgment of repeat business. Looking for another alternative in another town.

I’d say go for the spectacle that is the owner. (Exceptionally rude person. Opted not to leave my garments with this gentleman with in seconds of meeting, afraid I’d wouldn’t be able to get them back with out a fight.)

You'd think that when a single item is going to cost almost $300, they'd say something when you drop it off. No mention of needing to ship it to new York. No pricing listed in the stores. Blindsided by the bill after 2 years of waiting and just a "yeah whoops." Been using them for 7 years. This will be the last time.

$24 for 6 shirts, great job at a very reasonable price. Other posts refer to grouchy people but I haven't experienced it. Maybe not real chatty the 1st few times I was in but after a while I was recognized as a regular customer.

If you like zero customer service this is the place for you!!! We love to stay local as much as possible but this place is a joke. The owner was extremely rude to my wife when dropping off some clothes and picking up a wedding dress. We have been patient with them due to covid, getting the wedding dress over 2 years later was not a big deal. Telling my wife that some dog hair on our clothes is super annoying is also not what upset me, but being over the top rude about it even when she said she would lint roll them herself and bring them back. This guy has been the poster child for how not to do customer service. I recommend not even trying this place with a pair of socks but if you want an experience give them a shot, it will for sure be an experience I guarantee!
