Breakfast was great and the service was wonderful.

Staff was courteous, got to see my old roommate and close best were staying there. Made the day fun and felt relaxed and at peace.

If the suites were the best rooms in house, save your money for a motel 6! We booked with a non-cancellation night via a travel site. I could go on about this stay, but the best thing I can say is, it would be a better night if you go on to the next hotel/motel. This was supposed to be a great anniversary night. We hated it.

This motel deserves four stars. The room was clean, air conditioned with a TV microwave and refrigerator. But the main reason I'm staying here is to get a good night's sleep and the mattress was junk. It is crushed on both sides where people sit and has a big hump in the middle. I am writing this post at 3:30 in the morning because I cannot sleep on it anymore. A reasonable $62 a night including tax, but the mattress does not make it a bargain. Room 102, if anyone cares.

No extra toilet paper. Not enough parking spots, especially when people double park. Night manager was nice enough to give us (seniors) his parking spot but it was not at all near our room. Do not have handicapped rooms.

Best 2 star hotel I've been to. Beds not the greatest but for the price very good. Friendly staff and accommodate requests of late checkout. Can pay 3 times as much elsewhere but why.

Old school motel. Loved it. Clean as a pin. Restaurant attached. Live music Tuesdays.

Bed bugs ate us alive! Wasn’t clean. But we were stuck with no other place to go. Wish we would have slept in the truck stop door!! I’d post pictures but they don’t stay up long! Disgusting!

Friendly and helpful staff. Very old so as expected- faint mildew smell in room and from AC. Pool broken. Much cleaner than I would have thought thought though-bedding wise, except the bathroom- had previous customer's hair on the wall and in the tub. Not a bad little cheap place in a pinch off the highway over all though.

This is the only hotel that I could find in Kearney that has smoking rooms. The rooms themselves are adequate and the beds are comfortable. It is an older building, and the room key is an actual metal key. There is a microwave and mini fridge in the room. If you ask for a coffee pot when you check in, you get a regular size coffee pot and a baggie of coffee, so you can drink more than one cup in the morning. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff.
