I should give up and expect the worse from this particular McDonalds. The north one in Kearney is always terribly slow. Literally saw 5 cars leave the line today in my time waiting. I left as well since the line was not moving. Time was 3:10 pm. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Embarrassing.

I ordered a Big Mac combo with large Dr Pepper. Where are my fries McDonald's? The person taking my order had a thick accent and couldn't understand me. I'm not happy.

I don't even know what to say. We drove into the inside drive thru lane, sat there for about 5 minutes, no one answered. Our drive thru board was showing the outside lane. We proceeded to drive around to the outside lane, a female answered, i told them my order, after about 5 minutes, the girl came back on and asked us for our order. I don't even know how to describe this, all I can say is that this is pathetic. We left needless to say, and will not return.

Completely gross and incompetent. I ordered a couple double qtr pounded with cheese ketchup and pickle only. Not only did we wait forever in drive through but also they gave me RAW burgers with mustard and onion. Got ousted from $12 and got to go hungry. Buyer beware.

Not an efficient drive thru experience today. About a 12 minute wait. The drinks were great, just took too long.

Lady in front of us paid for our meal but we got the wrong order so there's that

Not sure why I bother because it always seems to fall on deaf ears, anyways the morning and early afternoon shifts are always super pleasant swift and correct never read an issue with them. But It seems a certain manager with short blonde hair doesn't care about her work. Purposely made the huge long in the drive thru when lobby and the second lane was closed. She lets her employees curse out costumers with no repercussion. Very poor attitude for a manager.

They don't care. At all. Upside down burgers is the tamest failing of this joke of a store. Employees can be overly loud, to the point of triggering serious headaches. Store cleanliness is nonexistent at best. And I don't think the employees that 'serve' the customers care an iota. Meals can take an eternity to come out. If it was one experience I'd call it a fluke. But I have given them years to get things right. Save your money and eat ANYWHERE else. The employees lack any form of respect for the customer because they have zero cares for anything. Worse yet? I've reported the unclean nature of the store, I've reported ALL of this several times over several years. They won't change. And now it's no longer my problem which is the best feeling in regards to this entire mess.

We’ve tried so hard to hang in there with this location, particularly with how short -staffed they ( and everyone) has been with the pandemic, but at this point being “short-staffed’ is more about having an excuse as opposed to this really perhaps being the case. We placed a mobile order- sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes with zero communication. There was a truck being unloaded so I went to ask the employees there if they were still open as I and 5 other cars were all waiting to order. I was informed that they were ‘short-staffed’ as in.. 3 employees unloading the truck while one person was supposed to be taking order and one person preparing orders. With 5 employees present, but only 2 assisting customers this is where I believe it’s more about poor understanding of prioritizing the customers. We canceled our order and along with 3 other cars just left. We were waiting over 15 minutes and had absolutely no one communicating with us until I physically had to get out of the car and speak to the employees unloading the truck. We went to Wendy’s and it took less then 15minutes for us to drive there, order and receive food, and drive home. This is consistently our experience with this Wendy’s location and what we experienced experience tonight at your mcDonalds location is consistently our experience there as well-aka- poor and A LOT of waiting. Everyone is short staffed I believe it’s more about perspective as to how to tackle it at this point. I’m sure Wendy’s management would be happy to share some pointers if you were to ask 😉

My sister and I come in whenever we’re in Kearney and on that side of town, and I haven’t had an issue yet. I usually go on “off times”, when it’s not the mealtime rushes, and I’ve always been served very quickly. A few minutes after I place my order, my food is handed to me! I love the convenience of having a code on my app that I can scan into the kiosk for easy and fast ordering.
