McDonald's

Met with friends in the morning. I had a moca which was great. I then found out that I could have a free refill of regular coffee, NOT a moca, I had free coffee. A nice place to meet with friends and just visit for an hour. Thanks McD.

Not a good location night manager is very rude never understood why the guy is so rude food always cold I always have to request something hot and always get a attitude when I request something hot

Some items were piping hot and others were iced cold but none of the items were close to the Temps they should have been. Even my grandkids refused to eat the food.

Line moves fast, pretty efficient. My only complaint is their breakfast burritos are more tortilla than filling. I'm used to breakfast burritos at McDonald's in AZ where its stuffed full.

On this particular trip, they messed up the double cheeseburger, that I had special ordered and my fries had salt on them and they were cold. I called and spoke with a manager, who said that she would send out a "couple of coupons." I received ONE coupon, a couple of days later, for a new special ordered double cheeseburger, only! I guess my cold fries were negligible. 😡

-Let Down- I'm driving home and it's 2:15 a.m. the app was not allowing me to use deals and it wasn't until I finally pulled up to the drive-thru that I found out that I had to use the store location barcode option. I ordered a quarter pounder with a free Big Mac under the deals. I asked for all of the extras, I also asked for a McFlurry but of course the ice cream machine was down. I ended up settling for a black coffee with three cream and three sugars. The wait time was roughly 15 minutes and I wasn't held up getting to the order menu or to either of the windows longer than 10 seconds. When I received my food that I had already paid for I restrained myself from pulling forward to inspect my special instructions and the deal that I had used to make sure the receipt and food were correct. While I was inspecting my food the gentleman who handed me my bag and coffee was heard and seen yelling towards someone else inside the store. The Lobby is closed so it was probably another co-worker and they have headsets on so I really don't understand why yelling would be appropriate. Overall I feel let down on my expectation of how a visit to McDonald's would go

This is a standard McDonald's. However they have a display case of various breakfast foods that is in sore need of an update. The foods in it look dried out and not tasty. The people are impatient with their customers and not willing to wait while the customer makes up their mind. Their screen flickered off while I was there so I couldn't even see the menu. The food I got tasted like what you would expect from McDonald's. On a side note I've given this McDonald's several chances throughout my history, and it's never successfully satisfied me.

I went in and had trouble with the mobile app and the guy who was taking my order gave the headset to some older latino women and she was terribly rude and did not seem to want to talk to me at all. they continued to get my order wrong and when they took it back they crumpled up the bag and threw it away aggressively which is such a waste. then when the lady came back to my window practically threw my food in my car and said “bye”. absolutely disrespectful.

Worst customer service experience ever. 1st they hand out my food to someone else then when getting my drink the older lady cleaning rudly pushed her way in front of me as I was filling my cup just to clean. Then she said move instead of excuse me just because some executive big wigs were there that she was trying to impress. Good manners is a thing of the past.

Worst McDonald's experience ever. Told us we could we could order 5 separate orders in the drive thru then got mad when we did. Literally called us monsters and told us we weren't sorry (we literally made sure it was okay first). They didn't put any sauce on my sandwich after I requested spicy pepper and charged another girl for a medium shake but only gave her a small. When we called to complain the lady that picked up apologized but wouldn't find a solution. Worst part is I had an interview with them this Friday. Immediately cancelled my interview. Seems like a toxic place to work and eat. This place needs a serious change.
