McDonald's

This location was okay at best, drive through customer service was lacking. The cheeseburgers had a strange taste to them as well as the fries...the fries tasted like they were fried in old rancid oil. If I have to visit Kearney, NE again...won't be stopping here.

I'm not sure about the food safety laws in this state, but something is seriously wrong with this McDonald's. First off, the lady taking the order had the longest fake nails I have ever seen on a food worker.... gross. I honestly think they pre make the burgers here and let them sit under the head lamp because both of my Big Macs has soggy lettuce, and a soggy buns.... That doesn't happen with newly made burgers. The fries also tasted like they had been reheated too. Pretty sure they would fail an OSHA inspection here.

Ordered food on our way out of town. Went in and ordered with the machine. Was busy but got our food and back on the road in a timely manner. Everything was correct and tasted amazing.

One is McDonald's but went is my food cold almost every time. My fries are always always cold and soggy. Unless out of desperation and nothing else is available I probably won't be back very often if at all.

I don't think I can really say to much about McDonald's. The drive thru was actually fast for once because I was the only one in it at that time. The employees were friendly. The cost of McDonald's is I guess average even though I feel that it was pricey for what I got. McDonald's could use less salt on most of their food and most of this comes from a person that overalls her food. I got me and my friend the smoky qpc and neither of us were very impressed with the sandwich. Thank you for your hard work and dedication you are appreciated.

I ordered a number 1 big mac meal and this is what I got. I called the manager and he said to come back and he would have it remade. I drive all the way back out there and find out they have no lettuce. Now here is where the place gets saved. I would like to show my greatest appreciation to Kristian. I hope I got your name right. She is a great worker and she should be the manager. She has a great personality and she is very friendly. She made sure that I was satisfied. I would urge the store owner to make her a manager, immediately. Kristian, I told you that I would give you a great review. You get 50 stars all the way. You saved this location from getting an awful review. You're a great asset. Don't ever lose your bubbly personality.

This is the first McDonald's I've been too in the past 5 years with my kids and honestly I was pleasantly surprised by the food only. The food was hot. There was a manager that loudly reprimanded an employee for cussing, even though I heard none. Then boosted about firing an employee on this coming Wednesday when they showed up because "he couldn't even make it a week and I'm so done". Get rid of that employee and I think your work environment would increase tenfold. If that person just so happens to see this; it's never okay to talk about other employees to staff.

Absolutely had no intention of getting our order out fast, stood around chatting it up and using their phones when we were clearly standing there for a good 15 minutes, might’ve been 13, it was at 8:30 when we were there and the staff weren’t nice but more or so snobby at us, please teach your employees about proper customer service. Only thing they got sort of right was our order.

It took 10 minutes to get 1 sausage biscuit and 1 sausage muffin, at 8am. When the food was finally ready, neither sandwich was wrapped. Also, neither hand dryer in the women's restroom is functional so ... that's gross.
