Levanders went above and beyond...to make getting in an accident and having our vehicle taken to thier shop a living nightmare!! Getting in an accident is a sad and stressful event. But to have a body shop treat someone the way this Levanders did is downright horrible. Our vehicle was towed to Levanders in Kearney after an accident. (Mind you a DIFFERENT towing company took us here at my request because we had dealt w Levanders in North Platte and Grand Island) unfortunately our vehicle was a total loss. We had newer wheels that we wanted to have removed from our vehicle and when asked the employees said they could do this for us. We took the factory wheels down and placed them in front of our vehicle. The next day we were told that they could not do this for us and if we wanted them we would have to remove the vehicles from the property for insurance reasons to take them off. What??? AND to top ot off we were accused of door dinging a wrecked vehicle that was parked next to us when we placed the wheels in front of the car and they were going to turn a claim in to our insurance company. How is that possible? I called the original towing company (Kearney Towing and Repair) and they graciously went and towed our vehicle from Levanders, picked up our wheels, swapped them out and did it w grace and kindness. (We did have to pay out of pocket because our insurance would only pay for the original tow and I we have to pay storage until it is picked up) Our thoughts...which may be wrong but may be correct...are that an employee of the shop thought that these wheels would look grand in thier ride and tried to make it as difficult as possible to get them off. How can every other Levanders say they would have swapped them out for us (yes, I called and asked) If you want an honest, helpful and kind place do NOT choose this shop.

Had Hail repair done. They did a great job. Repainted both sides.

Stopped by today with my dad, as I had some very very minor damage to my vehicle. It required no additional parts they just needed to fix the trim around my wheel well. They did it for free shook my dad's hand and said had a great day. That's honest business and I appreciate the assistance so much
