It's nice to see they remodeled these apartments. Affordable housing is such a need here.

Remodeled. amazing management, very quick responses. Very nice fitness center. Are not judgemental towards breed of dog.

Was blown away by how well managed the apartment is. My stay was hassle free and anything I needed was quickly handled by management.

My daughter lives here. Good price and decent size for a place that allows pets. However, the heat stops working and has to reset by maintenance. Also, for concrete block construction, I'm surprised how often she complains that she can hear her neighbors! Very small kitchen appliances. Parking very limited.

I went and looked at these apartments with my boyfriend. We really liked what we saw and think that everything they have to offer for our pets is AMAZING. We love that utilities are included and there are so many amenities. We can't wait to live here in September!

If I could give no stars I would. I no longer live here and leaving couldn’t come fast enough. Originally from New York and moved to this place last year. Had a problem with the manager from the very beginning even though I never did anything to her. But I like peace so I tried to be civil with her while staying here. She refused to give me anyone else’s number so I didn’t have to deal with her directly. One of the maintenance people last year tried sliding in his so called “joke” of speaking to me in Spanish because he assumed I couldn’t speak English. Been over a month that I didn’t receive my deposit and it was only until I finally reached out to this manager to ask what’s going on. I definitely would not recommend anyone coming to this place.

I don't live here but I have heard from multiple tenants that it's the only truly pet friendly apartments in Kearney, and I think for a mid-range price.

Apartment complex was remodeled very nice and not just thrown together. Management is friendly and available if needed. Very nice fitness center. The location is perfect for all my shopping needs. Community in Apartments around me is so nice and friendly. And surrounding homes and area nice location.... I walk to my job in evening's. Price may seem high, BUT it's all inclusive and I personally am happy not to be responsible for the utilities as I have been in the past...and my heating alone if I was paying in this cold cold winter this year would have broke me. I highly recommend Kearney Apartments.

There aren't enough stars to rate my experience living here! I came to Kearney for a 13 week travel nurse contract and requested a furnished place to stay. Stacey and her team put together an incredible apartment for me in less than a month. They were extremely helpful and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The entire staff is very polite, and willing to help with anything you need, especially if you're new to town and looking for things to do. For example, they have kayaks you can borrow to go float on the river. I had 2 minor maintenance issues (shower drain and garbage disposal) that were taken care of very quickly, and they were very kind to work around my schedule so that I could be there with my dogs. They're extremely PET/BREED FRIENDLY. I travel with 2 Staffordshire Terriers (pits) and they didn't hesitate for me to bring them along. Traveling with my girls can be difficult, but this is the first assignment that finding a place to live was a breeze. The grounds are well maintained with plenty of places to go on walks either around the apartments or in the neighborhoods across the street. They also have a fenced dog area and a dog wash like you would find at a groomer. As a single gal, I also felt very SAFE during my time there. I never worried when I had to come and go, even in the middle of the night when I would get called into work. There are assigned parking spots, and visitors can park on the street. There are a couple of laundry rooms with coin operated washers and dryers for 75 cents per load (cheaper than a laundromat). There's also a gym to use with a great selection of equipment. Bottom line, RENT HERE!! You'll enjoy it as much as I did!
