Graczyk Lawn & Landscape

Very happy with the results of our yard. They have been doing our yard for three years now and it looks great. They also did some curbing for us and we want to have more done.

This is a father (Jamie) and son (Josh) owned company. Josh has helped me with snow removal for the business I work at and Jamie just helped us with our sprinkler system. All winter, Josh and his team were awesome and very efficient in their service, I never had to worry about snow build up or ice issues when my truckers arrive!! And I called Jamie 2 days ago and asked if he could come help us this week with a few questions we had regarding our sprinkler system and he here he is 2 days later. We were told by another local company they were 2-3 weeks out before they could fit us in. Jamie took about an hour today to help us with our questions and fix a few minor things and now we can move forward with our yard work! This to shows great customer service and between the both of them and is much appreciated!! We are newer to the area and between home and work we will be life long customers and will spread the word of how great this company is and the people who run/work there! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

For less money than I can fertilize and weed myself Graczyk lawn and landscaping has turned my yard from a weed infested yard to healthy lawn. Been using them for a few years and will continue to do so. Great service and communication

A year ago Graczyk's installed concrete edging around our yard and it still looks as good as the day it was put in! It makes lawn maintenance so much easier and we don't have to deal with the rubber edging rising up and out of the ground. We have gotten dozens of comments from our neighbors and people passing by, on how nice it looks. We have recommend Graczyk's to everyone who asks! The first year I had no complaints. Last year the spring application was late. I sprayed all the crab grass that was missed, sprayed and killed all the weeds and dandy lions we had in our yard. When the stand up dry fertilizer machine was used it appeared to me they drove in a circle missing the corners. So I fertilized the corners. Wasn't a happy camper last year.

Our experience with Graczyk started with a patio and firepit and then expanded to take care of lawn fertilizer and weed and pest control. We have been happy with their work in all areas. Now we sit around the fire pit and watch them take care of our lawn!

So, we signed up in the spring for the lawn pest/weed control service. We have not been disappointed. They let me know when they are coming and our lawn is really looking good. I am enjoying the service as we never seem to have time to get it done ourselves at the correct time, so they handle it all. And, they are very good about responding and answering my questions.

Emptied my bank account to prepay for the summer. They came months ago and did one thing and have not been back despite contacting them. For the past 4 weeks I have spent hours each weekend pulling hundreds of dandelions, thistles, and stickers from my very small yard. I paid them all my money in advance because I am not supposed to be doing this in the sun. And, because they have all of my money, I have no choice but to do it myself. I cannot afford to hire another company. Graczyk, I see that you reply to others who write similar reviews attempting to blame the customer or rationalize your behavior. The fact is that you are taking people's money and not doing what you are paid for. Please give me back my hundreds of dollars for the one treatment months ago so I can hire a company that shows up and cares.

We used Graczyk to fertilize, and control weeds for the last three years. Last year, we added aeration to our services. I'm less than impressed. I believe there's more weeds in our yard now then before we started and our yard is far from healthy looking. I believe much of this is due to lack of attention to detail. They seem to do everything in road gear when servicing and if something has to be worked around they just skip it. Their communication is fantastic however. The automated text messages are handy.

What a facility that we toured during their grand opening. We felt right at home there. :) They really have some great equipment, and from the word at the coffee shop, they do great work. They'll be my go-to folks when I need help.
