We got a nail in our pickup tire traveling through from Western Nebraska to Ohio. We googled tire repair and found this place. We pulled in and got wonderful customer service. They got us right in, repaired our tire and got us back on the road quickly.

UPDATED IN RESPONSE TO GARRETT TIRE ON 10/14/21: Was contacted by previous management shortly after first review. I'm still a customer at the end of the day that has spent thousands here, whether I was an employee at one point or not. -Was told that my G8 was "just possibly built that way to wear unevenly", this vehicle has been brought in and an diagnosed AFTER employment. The paperwork does not lie. (This is a slightly modded vehicle with just an aftermarket tune. This vehicle has a newly REBUILT title, but has been inspected by a frame shop with confirmed no frame damage and just body panelling issues) -My NEW f250 has been brought in and addressed AFTER employment with steering issue(s). Funny enough I had to have my NEW F250 realigned at a different shop due to heavy toe issue on the alignment resulting in needing to buy new tires. The paperwork does not lie. (This is a stock vehicle with clean title) -My 1996 Dodge Neon was inspected AFTER employment. I agreed with management that this vehicle was an older vehicle with issues that can arise due to age and mileage, but was still willing to put funds into it. Which I did nearly $650 later. Only services I declined was a new fuel pump and A/C condenser. (This vehicle is stock with clean title) -My 2006 Monte Carlo SS was agreed upon that those issues were on them. (This vehicle was stock with clean title) -My old F250 was never brought up in regards to the A/C issue that was never fixed. The front drive shaft has since been given a new U-Joint and resold. Granted I broke even on cost to do it. (This vehicle was stock with clean title) ---I'm free to give honest and open review whether due to previous employment or not. Take note that this review was given AFTER I took in THREE more vehicles after employment. I need to cut my losses somewhere if they're NOT getting fixed and diagnosed properly--- ---I left on re-hirable terms with Garrett Tires & Tread after giving a three week notice to needing a career with higher pay to support my family--- Have not had the best experience at Garrett Tire with all five vehicles I have brought in. - Brought in a 2006 Monte SS for a misfire. Paid for tune up that it needed, but misfire continued. Brought it back THREE times to try and identify and fix. No answers. Never fixed the problem. Sold the car a few years later, it was a crack spark plug according to new owner. Misfire not fixed - Brought in a 2011 F250 XL for A/C issues. Paid for diagnostic. Needed new fuse. Fixed temporarily. Brought it back. Issue unknown why A/C stopped working. Had a front drive shaft go out. Was told I needed to replace whole thing. Paid to get it done. Then I learned that the U-Joint on said drive-shaft could have just been changed. About $300 down the drain for that alone. (Traded in this F250 since for higher trim.) A/C not fixed - Brought in 2009 G8 GT multiple of times for alignments, and vibration issues. To try and be fair, this car IS a salvage title. BUT, I have since taken it to a frame alignment business to check frame and rear cradle. No issues with either. Rear tires still wear unevenly. Have done front end work to try and fix vibration. Never has gone away. Vibration and alignment not fixed - Brought in my new to me 2011 F250 Lariat for life threatening steering issues. Got work done. Was not resolved. I'm not a guy to exaggerate things. This issue is truly dangerous. Highly dangerous steering issue not fixed - Brought in a 1996 Dodge Neon for inspection. Needed inner tie rods, motor mounts. Still have steering issue. But not as bad as it was, but. Again. still have steering issues. Steering issue not fixed. People up front are great, but I sadly have spent thousands there now. I have been nice for too long. I simply just do not get my vehicles fixed when I get it back after recommended work and spend extra money for higher quality parts. It's a great place to get an oil change, and tire service, but that's about it.

WOW. 10 stars out of 5. Car was pulling to the right, brought it in and a few hours later it was like I was driving a new car. Incredible service with great detail given, super skilled tech and lovely person to greet you. Cost much less than I would have guessed. Great shop.

Found my tire completely flat at 0430 in the morning. Dropped it off at the nearest tire center, which happened to be Garrett’s, with a note hoping they could sneak the flat fix in that day. I got a call 30 minutes after they opened that my truck was done and ready. Excellent, speedy service with the small town professionalism that Kearney seems to be lacking lately. Will definitely be a returning customer! Thanks Adam!

Adam and Shane were so nice. They got us in right away and had us out of there in no time. We had a flat tire and were traveling to Wisconsin. Even though my mom cried they made us laugh. They had a great sense of humor. The auto shop had a good atmosphere.

Garrett Tires and Treads is amazing! I just recently bought new tires here and the service was outstanding. I had made an impromptu visit to Kearney and was hoping to get my tires replaced while there. They didn’t have the correct tires in stock so Deanna, the very kind employee who helped me, tracked down the tires so that I could have them before I left town. Deanna and the team truly went above and beyond! I was very impressed and will only ever purchase new tires at this location going forward. Excellent service!

1500 miles from home in either direction and my fuel pump gives out on me, and a magic rabbit steals all the fuel I have left? So between the pump and mysterious disappearance act as a customer service team they pulled through for us. Did they leave us outside while looking at our car? Nope, they gave us and our dogs a safe place to wait. Did they go above and beyond expectations in working on the problem? Yes, they were swamped with other jobs rolling in but still took the time to find possible hotels for us, tell us about the food in the area, even bring a proposed vehicle to trade so we can get back under way. I’m writing this while in the lobby and will be doing a follow up on how the actual repair itself goes. So far I’m blown away, thank you, from the bottom of our hearts thank you.

Blew out 2 tires on 5th wheel camper on I80 during the night. After making 9 stops in the morning these guys were able to finally help. A longer wait than normal (travel throughout the year and used up spare on last hunting expedition) Tons of experience dealing with auto AND tire repair businesses.
