They are sometimes late with my packages but I’ve never had serious issues. Even during this pandemic they always get my packages delivered on time!

I order a bumper for my car and they deliver it to the wrong location. I called and waited for an hour no help at all. So I decided to walk around my neighborhood and it was a block away . Like how hard it it to look in the box to check if it's at the right location. If it I could I would never have to deal with FedEx again

Sooooo many problems. Packages are always damaged. And there is one delivery driver who seems to get the most obvious of numbers and alphabets on buildings wrong. I went outside while he was walking away and told my husband wrong apartment and the driver looked at us and just didn’t care which apartment he delivers someone’s packages to. This happened 4 times all with the same driver too. And when I tried to call and let customer service know I was on hold for 40 minutes. Before I hung up. And when we delivered it to the correct person their package was falling apart due to water damage. SO IF YOU ARE MISSING YOUR PACKAGE ASK UOUR NEIGHBORS!!!!!! And if still no sign go to the fedex store.
